I really like his simple contract that guarantees the sod for 14 days and will replace anything that did not grow properly. We have tried to work with other companies who offer this type of service for a long time without success. Jeremiah was a perfect solution for us.d After the sod was in we had him replace mulch in the beds. Again, a great result.
