Company B who was not Eagle Roofing did not return my calls. The owner of Eagle Roofing, Kevin called me after I had asked some serious questions to his wife. Kevin took almost a half hour if not more to answer my questions and get me completely comfortable with what I was about to pay for. No question went unanswered. He was so pleasant and I apologized a few times about my many questions but he didn't mind and understood why I was asking. The roof I was having put on was for a rental and I was unable to be there for the day of install. The crew took pictures at my request each step of the way and even did some things free of charge. Needing a roofer many times in my profession I am extremely happy with the service and quality received. It was worth the 4 week search effort. I now know I can just call Eagle next time and get on my way. I am beyond relieved that I found them. Thank you again Eagle Roofing!

Pro-Am Maintenance was sent out by my former management company to put rock salt down in front of…read moremy building (I am part of a condo HOA). My HOA never requested this service and were not made aware that it was requested, so my husband and I shoveled away the ice and put down rock salt ourselves. After we had put down the rock salt, it did not appear that any additional rock salt was put down for the remainder of the evening. However, when I was checking the statements for the HOA, I saw that we were charged $225 for "ice melt". I spoke with another HOA on the same street who also used Pro-Am and they were charged $84 for the rock salt (our sidewalk is 2x the size of their sidewalk). My issues with Pro Am are as follows: 1. No one responded to my voicemail or email about this issue. I have not been contacted from anyone at Pro Am. 2. Pro-Am will not communicate with my new management company about this issue because they said this service occurred with our former management company. (My former management company said that my new management company has to take care of this issue.) 3. The price for the "service" is outlandish for what took my husband and I no more than 10 minutes to do. 4. It did not even look as if additional rock salt was put down (I would be fine with paying them to drive out to our location because their time has value, but not for $225) 5. The price differential between the two different properties does not equate to the size difference between the sidewalks.
