Once the worker came off the roof I was told it needs work but isn't terrible and that the cracks in my flat roof should be cemented and an aluminum coating be put down. He could have said what the last guy did, that I need it replaced, but he didn't. He said I still can repair what's there. Not only did I not feel ripped off, they had enough material on the trucks to do the job right there and they did it. From phone call to completion of cementing and coating my roof, took about 4-5hrs. Couldn't have been smoother. All questions answered. It's nice to feel like there is a company out there with morals and you see that in the name, the logo and clearly their services.
