Then, on September 22nd, I went back into the shop to show them the font again, only to be told by the lady at the counter that it was essentially my fault, and that the turnaround would reset another 2-3 weeks. This was incredibly frustrating since I had already explained the urgency on day one and was assured it would be ready. Instead of taking responsibility, they pushed the blame back on me and showed no urgency or care about their mistake. Very unprofessional and unreliable service.
