Then she goes and tells me I said it was a knife. Why would I say there was a knife in my ice cream? I said it was sharp in my mouth. Maybe if she spoke better English she could understand me that way she didn't think I was being a liar thankfully, I took video footage of everything and the interaction of me going in there. I will be filing a report with the health department. This is not acceptable and actually very disgusting. I did not receive any thing from them. No sorry no nothing. The owner is very nice, helpful and takes pride in the business. Last year, I was involved with a fundraiser and I asked if they could help with a donation, the owner helped without hesitation and gave a beautiful basket of a variety of jerky and candies. It was bid on and helped us reach our goal. I have also ordered from them through the years, and never been disappointed. Good quality & taste with a good selection. March 18, 2026. Wednesday…read more I picked up some custom cut wild hog meat from this processor. This wild sow was killed in Texas on a private ranch. These cuts included pork chops, ham, shoulder roast, breakfast sausage, and ground pork. Each of these cuts had been wrapped individually in thick, white butcher paper. Total weight was close to fifty pounds. Last night, March 29, I cooked one of the hams on my bbq grill. I used a mixture of Tony Chachere's cajun seasoning, a nice steak rub and roasted garlic and herb seasoning. Every twenty minutes I would spray apple cider vinegar on the ham. See attached photo. This ham came out moist and juicy. This processor charged me $50 for the custom cuts. This came out to .99 a pound. I was very happy with his work and will recommend him to friends.
