I appreciate that Mellott Plumbing was able to come out the same day and arrived when they said…read morethey would, which was helpful in an urgent situation. However, my experience overall was disappointing. The plumber accessed the wrong cleanout that wasn't connected to my home, was unable to clear the blockage, and diagnosed the issue as roots in the pipes. I was charged almost $600 for this service. I decided to get a second opinion, and the other plumber found that there were no roots in the pipes (confirmed with a camera inspection) and was able to clear the blockage successfully. When I called Mellott Plumbing to explain the situation and request a partial refund, they did issue a refund, which I appreciated. While I'm thankful for the refund and their prompt response, the initial misdiagnosis and incorrect approach caused unnecessary stress and expense. I hope they take this feedback as an opportunity to improve their service in the future.

I thought he would cause me to fall down my staircase. He said I better be nice to him.... I'm just getting started....I'm telling everyone what he did to me. I'm not afraid of him anymore....the men that know him think he's just a WHIMP!!!!!
