This family based company is amazing!…read more The Deal/Making a Reservation: I reviewed nearly every jumper in the area and Bouncers2u had the best deal for what we needed (A Jumper, 2 Tables, 16 Chairs for $99 as of 8/17/2019). But more than having a great deal, Marco (I believe he is the owner) was quick to answer questions and accommodate my many changes. 10 Stars for communication and flexibility. The Set Up: They gave me a window for when they would arrive and the day prior shortened that window to an hour time frame. They arrived early within the window they gave me and set up the bouncer. They were quick, knowledgeable, and easy to work with. The Products: The bouncer was a favorite (we had a Frozen themed party) and it was hard getting the kids to come out. Everything was already clean, but they went in the bouncer one more time for a final "sweep". We covered the tables with linens, but they were in good condition. The chairs were sturdy folding chairs too. The Rest: They let us keep the bouncer for the entire night (no 7 hour window) and to my daughter's extreme delight, she got to jump some more the next morning. When Marco and his crew came to pick up the bouncer they were just as efficient and friendly. He surveyed our backyard and let us know that we would be able to accommodate other kinds of bouncers for future parties. But he also gave us some great advice about our retaining wall. Overall Bouncers2u exceeded all my expectations. We will use them for any future parties/events. I highly recommend their services. Having had the chance to speak to Marco, it's evident that he has a passion for bringing happiness to kids through his company. He tries to keep his own overhead low by doing things himself and with family/friends (also making sure it's done right), and passes those savings on to the parents renting the equipment. If you have a party coming up and you're considering a bouncer or other party supplies (popcorn machine, cotton candy, tables, chairs, etc) you should definitely check out Bouncers2u.

It was kinda a last minute thing because my first rental…read morecompany couldn't give me a "for sure" quote until 14 days before the event...which turned into a super expensive quote. So once I started looking around I came across abbas. There delivery fee was incredibly super affordable compared to others (literally $200 cheaper). And When I called to book my event and ask about what time can he deliver he said "you tell me what time and ill be there".. I was super happy with there services and would recommend them to others. Only reason why I took off 1 star was due to my wedding arch blowing over because it was not secured to the ground in any way. My mom and friends had to put 2 chairs around the bottom to keep it up (which kinda looked tacky) but it all worked out in the end.. it was just a misnuderstanding/accident. Pros: +On time +Reliable +Affordable +Nice Rentals +Customer Service Cons: -Arch wasn't secured -Website was down so I couldn't see all there rental products

Found Jumpy Frogs on Yelp, never rented a jumper before so it was a great experience…read more Cindy was great at responding fast, and affordable prices for the big, 2 sided jumper we rented. We were really happy with our choice to use Jumpy Frog. My kids enjoyed the slides and so did the adults. Set up was around the ETA first original window. We did have some issues with our electrical, because it was very powerful. But luckily we got it early enough to solve the problem by renting a generator. Hooked it up to that baby and 0 outages. We will rent from Jumpy Frog for our party jumper needs. Great service, drop off and pick up. Thank you Jumpy Frog and Cindy for all your help and great service... I highly recommend them...

We ordered 6 tables and 24 chairs and they arrived right on schedule. The delivery guys offered to set everything up and place them where we wanted them, but we just needed them stacked because we were still figuring out the configuration. These people were very professional. The tables and chairs were clean and worked perfectly. Again, highly recommend this party rental business and from the website, it appears they have jump houses also, so I imagine those will also be clean and in perfect working condition. First impressions are everything and this business will be first on the list for party rentals, and it should be in yours too. Great job and thank you for adding to the success of our son's graduation party.

They were on time, packages are not overpriced like others and most of all DELICIOUS. Seriously everything had such great flavor and I lovedddd the spicy potatoes add on. So sooo good! I read a review on bad attitude from the lady owner. I never had any issues with her at all and have spoken to her plenty of times. Not recommend for a few reasons. 1. The lady owner has bad…read moreattitude when it comes to addressing customer's concerns. 2. They never told me that they charge extra when picking up the next day. Even in the contract it says 24 hrs. Anything after 24 hrs there will be extra charge. But no, when the husband delivered asked me for another $50 if I wanted them to pick up the next day, otherwise he would pick up at 9:00 p.m so I disagreed because that was not explained to me when I got the quote so I ended up giving him another $30 so my total for the night was $380. (See picture). 2. Also during the party the bull stopped working properly, it would only do turns. So when I told her next day, she stated that she couldn't reimburse anything because I should of called right away. Husband said they have this problem sometimes. So be aware. If it happens yo have to call immediately and she said they will come fix it. 3. Customer service.. so if you have a concern, you will deal with the wife. Who has a bad attitude. I understand if you can't reimburse or don't want to do anything for customer, but there are ways to do so without being rude. 4. I guess the few positive things... the husband has a good attitude but he only deals with installation. One of the connection was damaged when he installed and left. We called them and he came back and fixed it. Yes, master bull is nice, but if it doesn't work properly it is definitely not worth risking $380 dls for it. Especially to have to deal with someone like her. Hopefully she takes some customer service classes to learn how properly and in a simple way, say N0 to her customers. On my part, I would never use them again, neither recommend.
