The staff have gone over and above themselves to ensure we have everything we need: food, drink, staffing, lighting, sound system... you name it! We have used both the large and small banquet rooms, and each has worked very well for the individual event. The large banquet room has been recently remodeled to make it easily coordinate with any color scheme for an organization's event or a wedding reception. On example of their service: We recently hosted our organization's first Cosmic Bingo fundraiser in the large banquet room. It didn't dawn us that we were going to have to separately light our silent auction, as the room was to be dimly lit for the event. We arrived and Doyle was busy rigging lighting for our silent auction tables. We had arranged to have it be purchase all drinks at the bar but a "bring your own food" event (like a trivia night). Doyle suggested that if we had a couple of volunteers who would be willing to run orders to and from the food vendors upstairs, it might benefit our attendees. Sure enough, it worked out perfectly! I can't say enough about the friendly and helpful service we've received from everyone while using Bel-Air Banquet Center's services.

For my personal experience unless I did it incorrectly it would only let me purchase one lane at a time and I would enter how many bowlers I try to purchase more than one lane at a time and it wouldn't work. They were able to get us close together, not on the same lane, but backing up to each other, which was great They don't take Apple Pay so this would be something I would suggest on improving as a lot of people use this nowadays. Having no lines for anything was wonderful. The prices for the activities were decent if you paid for the 4 hour pass. Our family went on the go karts, bounce houses, laser tag, bumper boats. We also paid extra to put money on arcade cards to play some games. I thought there was mini golf, but we didn't see it. Some things to note, if you are tall enough to drive the go karts, you cannot go on the bounce houses, however, you can go on the wipeout activity. Also, if you are under the age of three, you cannot go on the bounce houses or do anything at all except for arcade games and the little mini children's area with the free bounce house. I thought the prices for the food and drinks were a little pricey, especially the drinks because they are not refillable. You cannot bring outside food or drinks in and your kids will get thirsty going on the bounce houses. Also, allow for extra time because as soon as you get there, you need to fill out a waiver for every single person in your party even even if they are not doing anything, the kids were able to be on one waiver but you still have to fill out the information for each child which can take time if you have a larger party. One thing that our family did enjoy, was the Christian music playing, and we saw some other Christian verses and such around the establishment. All in all, the kids all had a great time and would want to go back. With the prices, and our large family, it isn't something that we would go back to often, but maybe once a year for some fun.
