She always seems angry and she has told me incorrect information multiple times just to get me off the phone it seems like. Today I had to be stern with her because she gets loud and starts demanding more and more details as to why I need her to do something. Puts me on hold interrupts me when I'm talking multiple times during one call. Just too much for me. Very unfortunate and unprofessional.

CRC-2's are supervisors and they are the main people smuggling in contraband for the residence it's the people that have been working there for years that make it harder for the newcomers so that they can keep their overtime the residence at Elle because there are really no consequences for their behavior I started working here right before the pandemic hit in early March the worst experience I have had at a job most of the male CRC-1's are afraid of the inmates or residence as they call them The kitchen staff also smuggling contraband they bring food in every day and they smuggle in contraband displays really need to be investigated and re-staffed
