The buffet included salads, veggies, smoked salmon, egg benedict, scrambled eggs, bacon, sausage, waffle, pancake, custom omelette, roasted beef, ham, shrimps, cookies, cheesecake and mousse in shot glasses (but NO SOUP!!!!) I like the veggies, smoked salmon and shrimps. But the roasted beef was not tender enough. I took the first piece of the roasted beef just got taken out, that was the middle part of the beef. My beef was rare in the middle but well done outside. The rare part was ok, but still not tender enough.
And the egg Benedict was so disappointing, the egg yolk was HARD, not even medium!
The restaurant was extended to the ballrooms for the brunch hours. So it did not take long for us to get a table (6 adults 1 kid) plus we arrived before noon. But not easy to find a parking.
However, the ballroom was so dark!! Very dark!!!Actually i should say it's the area outside the ballroom, so I guess it's hallway! And the staffs kept cleaning up the tables and removing them, leaving us the only table left in the ballroom, very awkward! And they were like in hurry to clean up the place, they actually bought up the clean up tools right after we paid but we were still packing our stuffs.
