Prior to starting his own practice, Joseph Dahi has worked at prestigious CPA firms such as Andersen Tax and Martini CPAs. He is a Certified Public Accountant and received his Bachelor degree from UCLA and his Master in Business Taxation from USC and is member of California Society of CPAs.

Joseph Dahi, CPA, MBT is the founder and president of Quintessential Tax Services. He has years of tax compliance and consulting experience in domestic and international taxation. He specializes in planning and reporting for high net worth individuals and closely-held businesses addressing domestic and foreign tax issues. His area of experience includes pre-immigration tax planning, expatriation planning, inbound corporate structures to minimize U.S. taxation, and state income tax nexus. Additionally, he advises foreign individuals investing in U.S real estate, foreign earned income exclusion, analysis of U.S income tax treaties, foreign tax credits and Foreign Account Tax Compliance Act (FATCA). Joseph clientele includes professionals (doctors and lawyers), A-list international entertainment celebrities, and multi-national billionaire families, and their entities such as Foreign Corporations and Foreign Trusts, C and S Corporations, Partnerships and LLCs.
