Then on 7/15 he had a 3 PM appointment to have the perm. installed and arrived just before 3 to find out he was pushed back to 4 PM. He was at notified at2:47 PM of . So he comes back at 3:45 for his 4 PM appointment. After waiting until 4:45 he decides to leave and another patient did the same thing. Now he has to wait 2 more weeks for his next appoint. From Rick's point of view he realizes that you time is precious because it is money earned, but from his point of view each hour is also precious because at 80 years old, he isn't sure how many hours he has left. In total he has wasted 6 hours for a tooth that has yet to be installed and at least 1 or 2 more to come for the next appoint. That is terrible ! The office uses some of the most advanced technology available. Your dental care is up to you. Do you want to be proactive or wait for a problem! I prefer to be proactive. The office provides most all dental procedures you may require. The office staff is great. Courteous, professional and extremely well trained and educated. My dentist, Dr. Hall is terrific. Personable, and spent more time with me explain the findings of the initial findings than any dentist I have been to. We determined what work had to be done, what had to be watched and a program set in place. The follow up is great. The day I had two crowns put in Dr. Hall took the time to call me at home in the evening to see how I was doing and make sure I was satisfied with the work. Amazing client care. I get my teeth cleaned every four months. I think I have finally found my dentist for life!

I called again the morning of my appt and was told not to worry about just come to appt. arrived for my appt 15 min early as a courtesy. Was not taken on time at 15 minutes late I asked if it would be much longer. I was told it would just be a few more minutes. I really appreciate professionals that see patients when they are scheduled. Twenty minutes late and still not taken back. At twenty three minutes late, I was called back. I told the person who took me back for my cleaning that I wasn't pleased at how late I was being taken back. She said that a hygienist had left for dental school and they were short handed. I said that if they were short handed and couldn't meet their schedules they should let the patients know so they could make a decision about their appt. she explained that if they rescheduled me it would be six months out. The hygienist came in to do my cleaning. She had a great touch and we were done in a jif. Then she booked my next appt. and took me to a waiting room. After 10 minutes they told me I could go. Not sure why I had to wait. I definitely recommend the hygienist, Zana. The office, not so much.

Had an appointment this morning would never go back. I was offered dark glasses to wear to avoid…read morethe light when I was positioned in the chair and the girl cleaned them with her sweatshirt jacket. I declined to wear them then the Dentist himself came in told me I had an infection but that I didn't need an antibiotic before the surgery even although I have a heart valve. He was totally unconcerned and I have proof that the cardiologist requires that I take an antibiotic pre-med before any dental work. Then I asked the front desk when the appointment was finished to send me an email with the report she claimed she didn't have my email address yet me and my partner sat there 20 minutes earlier and filled out the paperwork together, including the email address no, I would not go back there. I will be reporting this to the department of health.
