I think this is the second time I've been so impressed with the customer service at Quincy Cannabis that I felt called to share the experience! First time I got a faulty cartridge that didn't work. I went straight back and they took the cartridge in back to check it, and gave me a new one! Never expected that! But yesterday they really blew my mind! I had purchased a few things, one being some dab. When I got home and realized that it wasn't in the bag, I figured I must have screwed up something. I called and left voicemail, and the next morning they called me back! And said that they had it for me, and come get it! I never expected that either! Talk about customer service. Be very careful what you buy from here, they like to buy and sell trash flower that's old and terrible. I just got flower from them that has just been added to the menu and it smells like old and possibly mildew smell to it, I can't event smoke this product I just bought from them it's that bad so I totally wasted my money buying bud from them. To the Quincy cannabis ownership- please in the future maybe check a single 1/8 of the flower before you buy a large amount of it and start selling in your store, if it's bad and old like what I got from you maybe you should not buy it and sell it because it will let your customers down. Please don't sell bad, old weed that is all we need to stop, if it's bad sell it for nothing and make nothing, if you can't do that throw it in the TRASH!! because no one wants it for the price your selling it if its garbage so sick of mass dispensary selling you trash and not telling you just letting you find out once you can't do anything about it... On a side note I have gotten good flower from here at a good price but why are stores still selling garbage do they not look at the product they purchased for resale?
