I stopped by to pick up a water proofer for my bird house. The employee I asked for help told me where to go, only challenge was it was locked behind a cage and she knew about and failed to mention how to page the person to unlock it. Then another came employee over unlocked it and handed me what I needed and didn't mention that I wouldn't be able use self check out and trying to would lock up the machine- so when I was prompted to use not one but two self checkout machines fustrated the I had to wait until 1st employee comes and unlock the machine. She then tells the other employee why it happened then goes over and helps someone else. No one offered an explanation directly Just one employee discussing it with either me and the other employee or just the other employee. This could have been prevented by someone just explaining that get water proofer would taking a personal escort and one on one check out. Next time I'm going to Hobby Lobby.

The yarn selection was pretty limited. I saw lots of Plymouth and Hikoo yarns, several nice samples, and plenty of color choices plus a bit of hand-dyed. I noticed a beautiful wooden acorn needle keeper which was made locally: BONUS! To be honest, I didn't think I would find much, as Jeri's Quilt Patch is the only fabric store for miles. I was pleasantly surprised when this house-turned-business space had walls and walls of fabric, quilting kits, accessories, tools, and examples. My cousin, a quilter, would have been in heaven. There were so many versatile examples which I appreciated, although I sew different projects. I also appreciated the fabric was often organized by "collections" and complimentary colors. The owner, I'm assuming Jeri, was very kind, helpful and efficient in her checkout process, even though it wasn't anything fancy. Not surprisingly, I walked out of there with more than I planned to and I enjoyed browsing everything. She also has a fun collection of decor and antiques upstairs. I was happy to support this small business and would recommend it for any crafter passing through this area - the locals clearly already know that it's a gem!

Their…read morecustomer service is fantastic, I have used them multiple times, once to get a "tune-up" of my 25+ year old Singer sewing machine, repair of a Dyson DC25 vacuum cleaner (8 years old) and again to replace a missing bobbin case to my sewing machine. Each time I was very pleased with their repair services, as well as their willingness to help fix my machines, which is something you don't find in today's throw-away society. They are a family owned business, and treat you as family. They also sell huge computerized sewing machines and vacuums, but don't be intimidated that they can't help you and your small machine out, they provide a great service at very reasonable prices. They are located in a small strip mall next to the Wine Cellar in West De Pere. I have referred multiple friends to their shop, and all have been pleased with their services.
