I ordered a "quilt" from Equilters.net on 9 Nov 2024. You need to know this scam is also under other names. Equilters changed their name to Quiltify, but I believe they are also Vantique, and Quiltara and others. You will NOT receive a beautiful quilt. You will receive a PICTURE of the quilt printed on a single piece of fabric with machine stitched design. I spent over $115 after tax etc and received something worth no more than about $30 in value in my opinion. It is pretty, but it is NOT a quilt. Certainly not the quilt in the photos. Items from this company are of poor quality. The fabric is printed and top stitched to appear like quilting. The stitching is poor as well. The items I bought are extremely thin. If you are planning to use the 'quilt' for a bedspread. Know that these are for decoration only. Customer service was unhelpful when contacted. For the cost of these products, the quality is low. What a joke! Ordered a cat print bag that was described as "quilted". It wasn't quilted at all (as I read later in other reviews from unhappy customers). I would not even give this company one star! I ordered a beautiful bag that was advertised on Facebook (beware) and it was not at all as depicted in the ad. I contacted the company immediately and they sent an email asking for photos. I sent the photos and explained my disappointment. They responded by saying they would send a refund. They refunded $5.49 out of a $55.00 order. Outrageous!! The quality is awful. I do not think this company is in Wyoming. I think it came from a different country all together. I ordered one of the quilted bags from this company which my husband saw on Facebook - and I should've known better because everything we've ordered from Facebook has had problems. The quality of the quilted bag I ordered was so very poor. Very thin material, very unsturdy and worst of all the quilting was nothing like it was pictured either on their website or on Facebook. They put plain white crosshatch quilting across a dark black and brown bag, and it went right across the face of the main image, which was a cat. In their pictures on the website and Facebook, the quilting goes around whatever the main image is, which really looks great. The product I received looks nothing like that. I wish I had read these poor yelp reviews before ordering. I did contact the company and told them the issues and although they got right back to me, asking for pictures and more info, (which I gave) they told me that nothing could be done because it wasn't "defective" which is the only reason they allow for refunds. For a bag that I paid $60 for including shipping and some kind of insurance that they insisted I have, I wouldn't have paid $10 for this bag if I had seen it in person before ordering. I fought and fought with them and they refused to refund the money. I reported fraud to my bank who refunded the money before Christmas and now Santander bank has again paid the Chinese fraudulent company NOT based in Wyoming and product made in China NOT the USA.
