I have been ordering HK parts and Glock and some AR parts for about 7 years now. I am sure I have made 7-8 orders and all of them have come in reasonable time and extremely well packaged and taped. I get the email flier which gets me over to the site every time just to see what's new. If you have an HK or PTR clone, they have LOTS of parts. tghat is what originally got me interested. They have decent selection on a basic website that's not the best by far but I've seen worse . My transaction processed fast and they shipped my package in the typical time still no complaints there, they respond fast via email but are very uncaring towards not receiving your package . They expressed understanding that the world we live in is full of people who prey on packages on doorsteps but have no form of reimbursement and will not resend any of the order . About the only good thing I can say is they had a good deal on magazines. Seems to be actually the product to your door that's the trick. I ordered them on a Saturday with UPS ground shipping, thinking the order would be picked, labelled, and kicked out the door sometime Monday afternoon like most places, then UPS taking 2-3 days to get the product to me I'd have the magazines for a trip on Friday after work. That didn't happen. All day Monday and Tuesday was more or less radio silence, and finally Wednesday I got an email with a tracking number. I figured from then that I probably wouldn't have it for my trip, which is a bummer. But hey, I know things can happen, this is a sample size of one. UPS said it would arrive Monday. Whatever. Right now is the end of day Monday, pushing a week and a half since I placed my order and I still don't have the product I ordered. Turns out, UPS got to my area, figured out RobertRTG only put half of the address that I gave them onto the shipping label, and high tailed it back to UPS office a few miles away because they didn't know where it was supposed to go. Now I'm actually really upset instead of just annoyed. I had to log into UPS during my lunch hour and try to correct the address so that they would actually deliver it, but I guess that was too late, they're going to try again tomorrow. It had crossed my mind to maybe try to email them, but judging from all the other one star reviews it looks like they just give a damn, so I'm not going to waste my time on them anymore. Never going through this nightmare with RobertRTG again. read more
