I'm pretty sure they just ran a scam to steal $900 where they get you to send money via PayPal, fake a refund, and then try and get you to pay again via CashApp. I didn't send the CashApp and now I am fighting to get back the PayPal. - No straight answers to questions without the initial $200 to "Reserve-a-Technician" - Provided an unrealistically low initial estimate to get their foot in the door - Lied about labor to complete an installation being covered by the initial $200 - Showed up more than two hours late to the first "diagnostic" appointment - Disappeared and stopped answering messages after collecting another $900 and claiming issues with PayPal
