The ability to order from your table with your smart phone is very convenient for those that may be mobility challenged and can't stand in lines. The food is brought to you with a smile, and not yelled out on a loudspeaker. I have unfortunately never tried their frozen custard because I am always too full by the time I'm finished with the burger and fries and curds. The building inside and out is spotlessly clean, there is always a staff member on the floor cleaning tables, picking up, sweeping floors. The staff is Superman Courteous, they stop and talk about their food, their company, and are great ambassadors for their product. My only, ONLY critique would be the butter burgers feel indulgent and I worry about my cholesterol, but probably not as much as I should. And they have one thing that sets them apart from the Big Chains. Cheese Curds. We have been to Culver's several times since they opened, as well as visited locations in Osage Beech, Missouri and they have a great Wisconsin feel about any location.

My daughter's doctor is across the street,(Edited to clarify: This is the North Amidon, Wichita location in Marina Lakes) so we went there after the appointment and were very happy that we got fresh chicken and quickly. Then again we were the only people in the store at 1:00 in the afternoon. A week later we decided to go in for dinner. Apparently the same dirt was still on the floor that was there from a week ago, the place was filthy, the tables were greasy. They manager and a staff person were sitting at a table eating so there was no one at the counter, thus we had to order from the kiosk. We were hungry and decided to order enough for leftovers later. We ordered the 16 pieces, and were told that it wasn't available, and had to order the 12 piece instead. So weird as it was, we ordered the 12 piece. Due to the filth, which leaves one to think. If the public areas are so neglected, how is the kitchen? We decided to get it to go. What we found in our box when we got home was 1 breast, 1 leg, and the rest dried up overcooked wings. I mean they were so dry they were practically jerky. We made a Salome vow at this time--NEVER again. I don't care how good the spicy chicken is, there are many other chicken places in town that knows how to push a mop. Good help is hard to find, but they should at least strive harder to get managers that will get off their butts and help wait on a customer. BTW--the fryer alarm was beeping (LOUDLY) the entire time we were in the building. All of these problems are not exclusive to this location, you will read the same thing, and experience the same thing at every location, which tells the customer the problems are systemic.
