This is my second favorite QT location in Tulsa, one of the newest, and quickly becoming one of the busiest. This is how all future QTs should be made. You know, until they start offering store to pump delivery of the goodies you want while you're filling up with gas. I like the wide open layout and the multiple entrances. Even with a lot of people inside it doesn't feel cramped, and with the abundance of natural light it's an upbeat store. The selection of snacks, drinks, and made-to-order food can't be beat at any other convenience store. And the staff are some of the friendliest of any business around. This location's a welcome addition to the QT brand.

I have been remiss in not sharing my fiasco of a gas purchase at this Northside location last May,…read more2025 in a timely way. Instead of visiting my favorite Quik Trip Store on Utica I stopped in here for a fill-up to be near the on ramp of Hwy 51, heading to Oklahoma City. As I passed through Stroud I began losing acceleration. As I pushed it, the highest speed was 60MPH by putting the pedal to the metal. By the time I reached Kickapoo Turnpike, I had to pull over as close as I could to the right shoulder in case the car came to a stop. Thankfully! I crawled into Oklahoma City limits and one block from my destination the car popped and rattled on into a parking space. Whew! My mechanic test drove the car and it was driving smoothly at speed again. His diagnosis was watered-down gas. He recommended that when I fill up again to add STP to the tank and drive full speed all the way back to Tulsa. What's so startling is that this store is at a major highway drop-off for gas and a variety of fast foods for cars passing through Tulsa. It would be awful if travelers dropped by here for gas and suffered the same fate further down the road as I did. At over $3 a gallon, QT! Get your act together! You just can't keep a Nissan down, but my car does not Q-U-I-T-E have the same get-up-and-go as it did before this disaster! Minus Zero Stars If I Could!
