I show them my app, and they can see I do, in fact, have a free drink reward. What's up with that? Also, your gas prices are always different on the sign than at the pump. Your prices for gas are way higher than anywhere else in the area. I'm thinking you guys are a bit crooked.

I noted the previous review were talked about the speed of the pumps. I also know that they are very slow, but by being slow, they didn't automatically kick off when I left it to auto fuel. I went inside to the restrooms, and I would note that the men's room was not particularly clean... It wasn't filthy, but it was probably a grade C Given that the Brand appears to be trying to separate itself from other brands and make a name for itself with the flashy images on the walls and the adventure theme... They probably need to work on the cleanliness aspect of things to help. Keep the theme going the way they wanted to or it's not gonna do any good. It's gonna be like all the other others that look kinda nice on the outside, but they're really nasty in the bathrooms.

This location has always been super clean and things are almost always easy to locate unlike Costco where items are always changing locations or either getting replaced. We picked up 3 pies that were literally the biggest I've ever seen. Apple , Pecan & pumpkin and all wee under $20 for the lot . We grabbed a container of cookies as well for a smokin deal. They had some pretty decent prices on beef but we didn't grab any but I'll be keeping that in mind for the next trip. Restroom was super clean and there was some actual soap instead of the sanitizer that I've seen @ other locations. I will say though that with everyone that was in the store they only had 2 check outs open and the rest were self checkout ‍ that just drives me crazy too

All in all, this place has great food - at a better price, it's quick and then there's the convenience store aspect that has anything else you could possibly want.

This review is strictly via DoorDash as I ordered sushi from Reasor's while staying downtown in the…read morearts district at the Fairfield Inn. This was a late night DoorDash order approximately five minutes before the window to order from the store closed, but I discovered that they had really value priced sushi with rolls less than six dollars available on DoorDash, which is insane. I ended up ordering two Philly rolls and two milo lemonades. They got here approximately 45 minutes later and to my surprise the sushi was actually fresh not stiff and hard like some grocery store sushi can be. While I am not familiar with Reasor's as a chain, I definitely would be a shopper if I lived in Tulsa.

Reasor's advertises a $5 meal that historically included a wide choice of sides (mashed potatoes,…read moremacaroni & cheese, sweet potatoes, loaded bake potato, etc.) with no restrictions. Recently, the store began limiting side options, for the $5 meal to mash potatoes, green beans, fried okra and potato wedges, but failed to update signage or inform customers, which constitutes deceptive "bait and switch" advertising. Workers and cooks behind the counter explain macaroni and cheese, sweet potatoes, and loaded baked potato are reserved for the more expensive meals. No signage in the advertising explains this. In fact, in the advertised photo, macaron and cheese is included in the $5 meal, which is not only misleading, but constitutes false business practices, false advertising, and confusing to customers. When I politely approached and spoke with the Customer Service Experience Manager, Brandon McManus, he was rude, racist and disrespectful, and seemingly angry. Clearly he was prejudice. dismissive, and uninformed about the policy change. He told me the issue "did not matter" and refused to help, explaining it is what it was; otherwise, "take it or leave it", attitude. I am not used to being treated with such disdain and discourtesy from a business. I request that Reasor's/Brookshire Grocery Co clarify their $5 meal offerings, provide transparent signage, and ensure management treats customers respectfully, while refraining from engaging in illicit, and unethical business practices. Also, refrain from being defensive when a customer kindly approaches your staff and asks multiple questions. It is okay to admit not knowing something, but not okay to get irate, rude, unprofessional with customers w/o trying to at least investigate the situation and get back with the customer. It's not okay to be illiterate on product offerings, policy changes.

That is true for this location. I think access is a little tough here. Wal-Mart parking lots are terrifying places so it's nice that this gas station is at least a little bit out of the way. It's on the south side of the shopping center, so you'd be best to turn in off of 111th St. rather than snake your way in off of Memorial. Finally, they also sell pop and other convenience store items in the little building in the middle. I haven't tried it, so I'll leave that part for someone else to review. Overall, this place is certainly sufficient.
