It's an area right before you enter to scan your ticket. The prep area offers brushes, squeegees and plenty of soapy water. My ticket scanned with no issue and the wash overall was pretty good. They also offer self-serve vacuums which I skipped this time. An overall clean operation with strong service was my take away. I'm sure that I will return next time in town.
