Both times they wouldn't scan, and they said "this happens all the time with these things" but they would type in the code and it worked good. Monday morning, I get a coffee, and a couple food items and ask for a can of red seal. Chris (the lazy bald headed guy that just loves to be there -big sarcasm there ) was working the counter, I handed him my coupon, it wouldn't scan and he said I can't take this, it's invalid. I told him that I had used 2-3 before at this same station and they typed it in. He said "I have worked here for 2 years and I can't type in coupons and I have never seen you in here before, I don't think this is a real coupon" I said well with the way you're acting, I really want to put all this back and not buy anything from here again. He said so you don't want this then? I said yes, I do but I will never be back and he said "good, thank you." I know of multiple people that had issues with him before, and I have before but not this bad. Apparently 2 years of service and they still don't trust Chris to have full access to the register, so what's that tell you? I'm not a review person, I don't complain but this one rubbed me the wrong way. And we won't ever be back.

That is true for this location. I think access is a little tough here. Wal-Mart parking lots are terrifying places so it's nice that this gas station is at least a little bit out of the way. It's on the south side of the shopping center, so you'd be best to turn in off of 111th St. rather than snake your way in off of Memorial. Finally, they also sell pop and other convenience store items in the little building in the middle. I haven't tried it, so I'll leave that part for someone else to review. Overall, this place is certainly sufficient.

I have lived alone have little use of L-arm, and a bad sciatic nerve on my R-leg. We talked, I asked endless details; is the car a good ride, how are the shocks, is everything working on the car, have you driven the car, what is the condition outside and inside, how is the stereo/CD, is there anything I should know, does it have a clear title, A/C, heater working good? Told him again, "The last thing I want is to take an Uber back home, are we clear, Mike." Mike said, "ready to go now, works great." ...... 2:15 - Bought Lexus, the lady and Michael come out, say goodbye, and I am off. 2: 30 - the Temp gauge was on L, and never moved or got hotter, to the middle level. I had gone 12 miles, or so, and the A/C never got any cooler it stopped. 100 degrees in the car, shirt is sweated out instantly. 2:40 - the A/C shut off completely, was going 65 mph on the highway 2:45 - "Engine Check Light" was on there were cars all around the Lexus, got in the slow lane looking for a gas station. Go past 2 or 3 exits, nothing, finally 2nd street in Sand Springs. Just got off, and the engine blew up. Smoke from the engine, not steam, not good, at the corner of 2nd & Main. Not doing well, my shirt is sopping wet, feeling dizzy. I was about to pass out, just walked into the Tower Loans business 30-feet from the Lexus, sat in a chair. The sweat was washing my glasses off my face. Got cold chills, no good for Dylan, walked back outside left my briefcase and cane by my chair. 4:50 - Joe shows up, we talk, and I ask for his business card, I went back inside the Tower Loans, there was a large glass window to watch everything, Joe just leaves, with the Lexus!!!!! There is no legal documentation, I authorize the towing. *****Joe was hired by Mike, to come 30-miles, and get the Lexus??? NO PAPERWORK, I signed nothing! When the engine blew up, Joe said, "didn't have enough oil, probably!!!! I got the feeling, he did not trust, Mike... they might have done, some illegal business, together! 9-5-2025 - Mike has the Lexus car, and my $4700 of my money, and have not heard a word in 2-weeks!!! I have no idea, where the Lexus is Today, No Money, and NO documents!

He handed me a business card with Morgan Young's (area director) information. Upon looking at the card I noticed no business number was listed on it so I once again told Josh that I wanted to actually speak with Ms Young. He literally snatched the card out of my hand and stormed off behind the building. A few minutes later he reappeared with a threatening and hostile attitude, cursed me and then threatened to call "the FN cops for trespassing" and again once more grabbed the business card that he had handed back to me, back from my hands and threw it on the ground. I told him to keep on acting that way as I was voice recording the entire situation along with the business cameras filming his hostility and actions (throwing his hands up in the air) as this entire conversation was held there at the beginning of the wash where there is a camera. I emailed Ms Young and to this day I have yet to hear anything back from her regarding this horrible experience. I was a loyal monthly member of White Water Express until today, as I've closed all 3 accounts. If you utilize this car wash BEWARE ... look for damages (I believe from the tire cleaner brushes) as that's where the damages on both of my cars is presenting- (lower sides)

I was charged $293 for a diagnostic fee, which was not rolled into the overall cost of the repair. This was on top of a $2,500 repair bill. At every other dealership I've been to, the diagnostic charge has always been applied toward the repair once the work was authorized--so this practice felt unfair and unnecessary. The staff themselves were kind, courteous, and understanding, which I do appreciate. However, it seems that upper management is more focused on profit than long-term customer satisfaction. While I paid both the diagnostic fee and the repair bill without dispute, this experience left a lasting impression. Because of this, I won't be returning to South Pointe Ram for future service, nor will I be recommending them to others.
