This QT has been super convenient for me and my family as we live nearby. There are two others…read moreclose to us, and much newer as well as updated (less than a year old), however, this one has been great on our way to Cinemark down the road, if you know what I mean. This QT was very useful during my wife's last pregnancy also since they seem to be the only ones with donuts even late at night! I haven't experienced the negative things the previous Yelpers had, maybe they took notice to their poor reviews or they visited on an off day. Anyway, I pass up the new Kum & Go for any of the other QT's because you can't beat the customer service! Even though Kum & Go tries to look like QT lately, and they're beginning to offer similar services such as a kitchen they still hire some interesting people.

I noted the previous review were talked about the speed of the pumps. I also know that they are very slow, but by being slow, they didn't automatically kick off when I left it to auto fuel. I went inside to the restrooms, and I would note that the men's room was not particularly clean... It wasn't filthy, but it was probably a grade C Given that the Brand appears to be trying to separate itself from other brands and make a name for itself with the flashy images on the walls and the adventure theme... They probably need to work on the cleanliness aspect of things to help. Keep the theme going the way they wanted to or it's not gonna do any good. It's gonna be like all the other others that look kinda nice on the outside, but they're really nasty in the bathrooms.

The bathroom was no cleaner than the last location which means it was about a C grade if I were grading it at school, I noted there was a person sitting out front right by the front door smoking and you couldn't avoid the smell of cigarette smoke as you were trying to come into the store and I also went to get a fountain drink. I tried the root beer flavor and the Coke flavor and both were mixed horribly and I just poured them out and ended up buying a bottle of drinks. This is not what I would expect for a store that's trying to differentiate itself and create a following. It looks good on the outside, but so far of the two locations I visited in Tulsa. I'm not overly impressed.

DONT USE PUMP #5 !!!!!!! Auto shut off clamp doesn't work …read more So I went there to top off my gas tank before my 5 Hour Dr. to Fort Worth Texas, and used pump number five and the auto shut off clamp portion of the gas pump handle, thinking it would work. It did not stop pumping gas and overflowed all over my car and myself ! So then had to run through the car wash, clean myself off of gas and start my drive home. NOW I have a check engine light reading P0455 which means I have to replace my evap canister vent valve. The mechanic said that anytime gasoline overflows while you're pumping it this will happen to a Suburban. It's a $60 part + labor $$$
