April 29, 2019 This "convenience store" is not convenient!…read moreThey are thieves. I went in the store and paid $10 for gas. I came outside to pump said gas, lifted the pump handle and it started charging me before I even put the pump nozzle in the gas tank! I went in the store to ask why/how this happened and the man working was horribly rude. He told me it's the computer problem not his and he will tell the owner/manager about the issue but he wouldn't take my name and number. I don't know who to call to report this. I can't find a corporate number so I guess I will call phillips66/conoco and let them know about this store and suggest that they needs to check into this. It's happened to me several times. The first time I thought i wasn't paying attention. The second time, I went into the store to complain and after about 15 or 20 minutes they finally gave me my money back, that's after I got on the phone with my lawyer (I know it was not necessary to go that far but they were technically stealing from me and that's not OK so I called my lawyer and my lawyer told them and give them money back or else will go to court and sue him over it. The third time, which is right now, it did not go well, but luckily I got it on video I just don't know who to give it to. If anyone reading this has any suggestions for me, please let me know in the comments.
