I went with the middle, sweet heat. It was hot enough for me. The sandwiches each come with two tenders on them, not a larger filet. The spice comes from a dry rub so there is no messy sauce. The sandwiches come with pickles and Cole slaw on them. One sandwich was plenty for lunch and I took the other one back with me.
