I answered my phone in the store (Which I've never been to a place that had an issue with that) and was hatefully yelled at from across the store by the worker who said that I had to go outside. I got off the phone immediately, apologized and went to text my friend that I was not allowed to speak in the store but before I could even send the message - the worker yelled at me again saying that I could not continue texting and that I was "causing issues" which STILL makes no sense to me as I was not being loud, was at the BACK of the store alone, no profanity was used, and the phone call wasn't even 2 mins long + I immediately got off and was then yelled at AGAIN in front of multiple other customers for privately texting as I waited in line? Wasn't even in the store 10 mins total. Again, I've been to convenience stores ALL my life and NEVER have I done anything to be a problem. I felt so bad that I still purchased a Dr. Pepper despite the AWFUL SERVICE, the worker would NOT make eye contact with me and didn't even offer the receipt/say goodbye. My son and I came to Walgreens to take passport pictures for his passport renewal. The store was…read morenot busy overall. We walked straight to the back of the store where the photos counter was. There was no one working the counter. There was a contractor waiting to sign off some work there. After a few minutes I asked him if there was anyone working the counter and was told that the lady was suppose went in the back room and was going to come back out. After close to 10 minutes, the contractor finally went to ask an employee molted to go get the lady so she can sign off his work. Afterwards, she did help us with the passport photos. She was nice, took my son's photo, uploaded it to the system and told use it would be a few minutes while she crops, touched up the photos and print them. It ended being up closer to 10 minutes as she had to help another customer with something. Walgreens is a place to get passport pictures ($16.99 plus tax) and have other pictures printed (self serve kiosk), but if you need help, be prepared to do a little waiting around.

So this time, after going in to purchase the car wash separately (knowing for some unknown/unexplained reason) i wasn't going to get the 30 cents discount per gallon. So, while waiting too long (guess about ten minutes) to get to the register and pay. Mind you there were two checkers with only 1 customer apiece in front of me. Over the store speaker there was an announcement how lucky we customers were because it was after 3pm and time to get a large Big Gulp for 1 dollar. I was waiting anyway, so figured why not, and poured myself the large Big Gulp sludge. Finally at the register i handed a $20. to the cashier. $10 for the car wash and 1. for the Gulp and was returned $7. and small change. I said, wait a minute, you've made a math error. The cashier and now an assistant began telling me there's no mistake, i just have to give them a phone #. Why? Nothing that i can see about an app, etc. It didn't get any better, and havn't even gotten to the car wash experience, already wasted enough angry time writing all this. Just, to anyone reading this, please think twice or three times of why you would ever want to support this sloppy running, dishonest business. My recommendation: Stay Away!

Back then, they weren't as organized or were just overwhelmed by the sheer amount of people there for their immunizations. I had an appointment, but still had to wait in line (as if I didn't have one). Other than immunizations, I was in need of getting my daughter's antibiotics as soon as possible. Our regular pharmacy still didn't have her medication ready, even a day or two later. I was told that the medication was allegedly going to come in the following day, but I didn't want to wait any longer. I called this CVS Pharmacy location and thankfully they had her medication in stock. The person I spoke with over the phone, however, was a bit rude towards the end of our call. Thankfully, however, my husband was able to pick up her medication that same day. I'm thankful that they had the medication in stock, so she could start her treatment, but I wasn't really happy with the customer service I received each time I've come here or spoke with someone over the phone. For that reason, I give them 3 out of 5 stars.
