His explanations of exercises, injuries & treatment are always understandable & as detailed as you wish to hear. He commonly shows ways to advance or simplify a beneficial movement with environmental " tools" accessed around your house, gym or workplace. On my last visit he referred to an open door jam as a balance aid in addition to an exercise band & positional changes for advancement work in the future. His patience & listening skills are a rare trait in todays world that are appreciated when you're heading down the path to an efficient recovery. I personally followed him from a previous office to his current Providence location & I'd recommend you do the same.

Zach took what could've been a two-year recovery down to a number of months. Patient and personable, he gave me effective exercises to do both in session and at home, and his deep tissue massage was targeted and broke up the scar tissue.
