It's unfortunate that although getting off to a good start with Michael and his partner, that's all I can say about them that's positive. They came to install some shelves and build some furniture for me. When they arrived, they didn't have the tools that they needed even though this was a basic installation project. They wasted nearly 2 hours of my time when they went to go pick up stuff that they should have had when they arrived even though Bauhaus was around the corner. They didn't remove their shoes as they said they needed it them for their ladder, but ended up dragging dirt into my house. The floor was scratched either due to this, or simply just not being careful with the furniture. Not even an apology. Even though I tried to be nice and left some music on when I left, I didn't notice that my bluetooth speaker was gone before they left. Of course I can't prove anything so legal issues didn't make any sense but overall, this is not the service I expected. I paid in cash hoping to get a receipt, and didn't get one which I was told I would get later but never did. Overall, severely disappointed after more damaged and loss was cause then this service was worth. I won't be calling them again. Client beware!!! read more

My daughter's kitchen faucet needed to be replaced. Being on a short visit here, I did not know exactly how to find someone to do the job. Luckily, I came across Quickhands Berlin online. Michael and a colleague did a wonderful job replacing the old faucet with a new one that I had bought. They were cheerful and did not leave a mess. 2 guys showed up quite dirty at my apartment. We talked over my project and they asked for 100 Euro deposit for materials which I thought was fair since they needed wood for bookcases that they were supposed to build. Unfortunately, that's the last that I saw of them. I called back again and they ignored my phone calls. A total scam. Avoid these guys! read more

Great job, worked quickly with excellent results. Initially they agreed to meet right the day after I called them - which is fantastic, usually you need to wait at least a week, but then they finished late with other costumers and we had to reschedule to the following day. I suppose such things happen though. Also fuent in English and very friendly. read more
