I saw a car listed with QuickBye,...(IMO, an appropriate name for the company). I was very interested in the vehicle and called to inquire. The young woman that answered the phone knew absolutely nothing and said she would have "the manager" call. After two days I emailed twice and called again. A day later I received an email from "customer support" saying; "We just reached out to the owner and his voicemail states that he is out of cell range till the 28th of this month! We left him another voicemail ! We also reached out to his account manager and he said that he thinks this vehicle sold recently but he's not 100 percent sure so we won't have any answers for you till he calls back !
Once we hear back from the owner we will contact you !"
After another three days now and I've heard nothing. Now my questions are,... What kind of person would list a car then not be able to be reached in this day and age? What kind of listing agent will not call a willing buyer, does not know whether a car is sold, and can not reach the client? Why am I unable to talk to someone in charge besides a ignorant secretary? read more
