She takes your blood, tells you your blood type, and gives you a sheet explaining foods they recommend eating and avoiding based on their program. After that, there was about a 20-minute class where she explained their approach to blood types, personality, nutrition, and different foods. They also have alkaline mineral water ($25) and SO many different juices for things like digestion, inflammation, skin, heart, liver support & more! (6 for $25) Overall: 10/10 I had such a great experience and would definitely recommend checking them out to my friends and family!
