The front staff is polite but completely unhelpful. They installed Kiosks (tablets) around the building for you to sign in/out/ pay your bill. There's very little interaction anymore. I have spent $800 over the last 2 months and received a total of 1 out of 4 prescriptions. I just got off the phone with them and this is the reason for me writing my review. I ordered my prescription in December. I was supposed to receive it with 5 days. It is now January 12 and they do not know where it is or when I will ever receive it. I have NEVER received my testosterone prescriptions I paid for. I have purchased 2 and have not received any of them. I was told to file a police report and there is. Nothing else they can do. $105 for testosterone $265 for Semaglutide Terzepatide isn't even that expensive and it's a better product. There are far better companies now. Take your money elsewhere.
