This…read morewas my first time using their services, and I was given an improper dose of semaglutide that made me sick shortly after receiving the injection at their office. After consulting with my doctor, I was informed that the B12 concentration might be too high, potentially diluting the semaglutide. I reached out to Champion Health and Wellness both by phone and message to see how they could resolve the issue. I asked if I could receive semaglutide without the B12, as many other clinics offer this option, so I could better assess the concentration of each ingredient. However, I was told that they do not offer this option, as all of their semaglutide is allegedly pre-mixed. Since they kept all of my remaining injections, I requested a refund, but I was informed that this was not possible. Even though I paid in advance and chose to leave the rest of my injections at the clinic, I was still denied a refund. I am deeply disappointed and feel cheated out of my money. They are advertising a diluted product and, in my case, causing harm to their patients. Dr. Cynthia Champion, I expected transparency, quality care, and good customer service. Unfortunately, your clinic did not live up to those standards. It's concerning that you didn't offer a clear remedy or refund, and refused to adjust the product or provide details about the dilution of the semaglutide and B12 mixture which is a breach of trust. I will be submitting a formal complaint to the local and regional health board that oversee your clinic as well as the BBB for deceptive practices.

The medication they prescribe really suppresses the appetite, and I never feel hungry eating smaller portions, it is the easiest way I have found to loose weight. I don't understand those that are complaining about not spending enough time with you, especially about the nutrition side of it. We are adults, not babies. They do give you common sense guidelines about eating and exercise. You have to work on your own to make sure you keep up with your caloric intake and do your exercise. Again, the medication makes you much less hungry, so it's easier to follow through. The program is run by a nurse practitioner, who answered all of my questions. Honestly, I never met the doctor, but the NP has the training necessary for what she is doing (listening to your heart & lungs, and evaluating your blood panels). She listened to my concerns about the medication, phentermine, and changed me to Tenuate. I lost 30 lbs over 5 months on the phentermine, but didn't like the jitters. I didn't find the B12 injections to make a difference If you need help controlling your cravings, give this program a shot. I'll update in a few months.

This was 10 months after having my first child and one month after I quit breastfeeding. It was the best decision I could have made in an effort to make my health a priority. As of October 9, 2020 I have lost over 37lbs in a little less than 4 months. Since then I have continued to lose. I follow the program exactly for the most part but I haven't been perfect. I started with the Phase 1 diet the first month then the Phase 2 diet for the second month. I then transitioned to a combination of both. It's basically Keto but there are other diet plans depending on the person. Making the right healthy choices feels so natural now. I rarely consume sugar, bread (my kryptonite), grains or rice. I don't miss any of it. It's like my taste buds have changed. My daily diet consist of coffee, Keto meal replacement shakes, meat, veggies and fruit.
