This was 10 months after having my first child and one month after I quit breastfeeding. It was the best decision I could have made in an effort to make my health a priority. As of October 9, 2020 I have lost over 37lbs in a little less than 4 months. Since then I have continued to lose. I follow the program exactly for the most part but I haven't been perfect. I started with the Phase 1 diet the first month then the Phase 2 diet for the second month. I then transitioned to a combination of both. It's basically Keto but there are other diet plans depending on the person. Making the right healthy choices feels so natural now. I rarely consume sugar, bread (my kryptonite), grains or rice. I don't miss any of it. It's like my taste buds have changed. My daily diet consist of coffee, Keto meal replacement shakes, meat, veggies and fruit. I believe portion control and not eating after 9 also contribute largely to my success because I did that regularly. I was prescribed Phentermine and water pill. Which suppresses your appetite and reduces bloating. Going forward I plan to maintain my weight loss with intermittent fasting and reducing my sugar intake.
