We cancelled this membership at end of October or early November, they are still charging us and will not return our calls. We have called several times and even left a few voicemails with no return call. i agreed to try the monthly service for $20.00. my understanding was that if i liked the service and used it, i could sign up for a monthly service and the cost would be $35.00. i used it twice and was not that happy. i never went back. know i have two charges for $35.oo on my credit card. i have tried calling and have left messages. i have tried their website to no avail. i'm very disappointed in their management. i have read another review that is having the same problem. i have called my credit card company. read more

Very nice quick wash. The auto wash is really cool. We paid the $22 it was a good wash but not worth the $$. Stinking to a cheap one is more than fine. The mega plus here are the vacuums and air lines! Love the mat holders! LOVE LOVE LOVE THE AIR HOSE!! An amazing addition to the vacuum area. Easily cleans cracks, crevices, and excess water! Loooove this! The vacuum has great power and my car felt very clean inside. Downside would be that I did not get to pick my scent... the interior wipe is pretty cool too. All in all I would return but not waste the money on the high end wash. read more

The car wash leaves spots on my car after the wash. It definitely is not a water spotless car wash.

HAD a monthly premium service here for over a year. They closed for a week to update to a new system. I run into today to find my premium monthly information is invalid. Ok, so I ask the guy standing at the ticket box, I paid for the week you guys where closed, what do we get for that week? He said "nothing, would you like to update your service?" I would had done that but the guy was an a**hole with a bad attitude. I'd recommend you guys get him OUT of direct customer interaction asap! Sadly the top car wash comes out without fully being rinsed. As soon as I pull around to the vacuum it has streaks.

Warning! DO NOT GET THE MONTHLY!! I have called several times to remove an unwanted charge of $45. They never returned my calls. They never attempted to help resolve this problem. You have to wait 48-hours before you can dispute a charge. Poor customer service and you can call for yourself and get voice mail. I will go down the street, at least they return your phone calls and try to help. I am very disappointed. Look at previous reviews and they all say the same thing. This is a nice little car wash in Fort Mojave that does a very good job of getting your car clean on the outside. I use the one time fee monthly manager special. BEWARE if you ever cancel your monthly payments as I did in person make sure you follow up and check your next monthly bill. I did not. After five months of auto pay on my credit card I checked the billing and the monthly draw had never been stopped. This impart is my error and I take full accountability. I called the car wash and they once again put a stop to the monthly charge but there was nothing they said they could do to remove the other charges. Live in learn. read more

Love this place. Love the fact you can pre scrub your car yourself and the vacuums are great. If I had only 1 small complaint it would be the fact they get a little pushy on monthly plans. On July 6 this year I was offer a flat rate for cars washes for the month of July. I took them up on the offer. I was told and led to believe that it was only for the month of July. The form I fill out was small print. I told the attendant this and that I could not read it. She said don't worry it will be fine. I should have know better. I am an older disabled woman on a fixed income. I never received any email or warning or receipt from. Thank God I saw it when I was checking my account. It was only two months but I feel scammed and used and abused. When I contacted them for a refund they refused. Locals its buyer beware here. The only thing these people car about is money. They will not work with their customers. They did offer me two month of cars washes... LOL I paid for two months? I want my money back. read more

I enrolled in the monthly plan where I can go through the car wash as often as I choose. The $30 a month plan gets me the delux wash with all the wax and goo foam I can handle. I use it at least twice a week. This keeps the Mohave valley pterodactyl bugs from getting too thick and sticking. I used to use the BHC wash by target but they never cleaned the interior as good as I wanted. So now I can clean the interior to my specs and they keep the outside looking new. The only thing they need to change is to replace the bug brushes. some jack hole keeps stealing the bug brushes so they are missing a few. I guess tweekers will steal anything. read more

I moved here 6 months ago, this car wash is four minutes from my house. NEVER GO HERE AGAIN!!!!! First it took 30 minutes to get three people through the pay line, all the debug dried all over my car even though I reapplied it three times. Then the employee pre-rinsing your car at the start only partially rinsed the driver side of all three cars never did anything on the passenger side. Now I'm stuck in the car wash because it broke down. WORST RUN ANYTHING I'VE EVER BEEN TOO. Horrible horrible place to go. Only giving 1 STAR because I have no other option to go lower. read more

I gave them one star as this is the only way to be able to write a review. In my opinion, they did not even deserve one. I just paid $14.95 for a lesson on where not to get a car wash. I drove on the lot and stopped at the gate and put in my credit card. No attendant. I pushed the button marked "Wash" and the price came up $14.95. Ok so far. Went through the wash process and decided, since I just live up the street, I would wipe any left over water off when I got home. At home I got out and looked at the front end of my car and turned and went directly back to Quick Shine. I met the employees as I parked in front of the office and as they walked toward me I said, "This sucks." She said, "Did you pre-wash?" Pre-wash at a car wash? I have to pre-wash my car and still pay almost $15.00? She pointed to a bucket and a long handled brush that apparently I was supposed to use before I went through their $14+ tunnel. She said, "that's why we call it an express car wash." No signs prior to paying that I had to first do what I was paying to have done. If I wanted to wash the bugs of myself, I would have done that at home first and then went and had the $3.00 wash job. They made no offer to run it through again or anything, She was to busy telling me that it was my fault for not washing the bugs off myself. Basically I paid $14.95 for a wet towel and a stinking air freshener. I will never go there again. read more

I agree with Jim's review. I use this car wash quite often because it's near my home and because I'm disabled, too old, and too generally worn out to wash my car by hand. As car washes go, it's rather piss-poor. Jim's correct. The bugs don't come off. The attendant gives the front of your car a quick pro forma useless swipe with a hand-held sprayer, which is supposed to loosen everything up, I suppose, but it doesn't. If you want the bugs removed, you must get down on your hands and knees later at home and remove them by hand. If I weren't so disabled, I wouldn't use this place, or any car wash for that matter. They also keep screwing up my auto-pay account. I pay by the month for the sake of "convenience." Still, I occasionally find myself stuck at the kiosk because the gate won't open, which means I have to leave my car parked at the kiosk, to the dismay of anyone behind me in line, while I find someone to help.
