pay 25.00 for the boss wash and still have bugs all over my front end criome, also the towel people are way to fast and Miss a lot of wa.

The truck was dirty on the outside and a little on the inside. I requested the Manager's Special wash, and although it is a little pricey for what it's worth, but it cleaned the truck well. I then went to the part of the lot where there was vacuums and then the inside was cleaner and overall I was happy. I just wish that it was cheaper, but otherwise this is a good place to get a car wash. Thank you! read more

I became part of the monthly wash club and cancelled in under 2 weeks. This car wash has gotta be the most inconvenient and chaotic car wash I have ever been to. I mean seriously, i go during my lunch and it's been twice now that they have no drying rags? It's crazy really. I mean the bare minimum of operating a car wash is to have available dry rags. Do not waste your money or time on this car wash. This place never ever ceases to amaze me and ofc, not in a good way. read more

Today I had a very disappointing experience at Wash Me Car Wash (3630 N Stockton Hill Rd, Kingman, AZ). As a paying member, I expected professional service and reasonable customer care. Before entering the car wash, I was told I had to remove a toolbox weighing over 60 pounds from the bed of my truck because it was supposedly a new policy from the owner. I completely understand removing loose or lightweight items that could shift or cause damage during the wash. That makes perfect sense. However, requiring a customer to remove a heavy toolbox without offering any assistance or showing any consideration is unreasonable and poor customer service. The experience was disappointing enough that I canceled my membership the same day. I'm not writing this review to hurt the business--I simply believe that if you charge customers for a membership, you should also provide good customer service, common sense, and consideration. Unfortunately, this experience left a very bad impression. I hope the owner reconsiders this policy, or at least the way it is enforced, so future customers are treated with more respect. read more

If you have a truck, I would steer clear of this establishment. They turned my truck away simply because it was considered too large, and apparently you can't even enter with something as small as a cooler in the bed. The service and professionalism of the employees were extremely disappointing. The staff were rude and unprofessional, and the overall experience was frustrating. On top of that, the vacuum cleaner was broken and had very little suction, making it difficult to properly clean the vehicle. If you drive a truck, I recommend finding another establishment that actually welcomes its customers and provides the service you pay for. read more

Never replied to my request obviously too busy to do any new business! Vaseline detailing will do your job. They're not too busy.

Decent wash. Good prices. Membership is affordable. Don't forget to tip the workers sometimes gets crowded just come back

They just do the minimum, attendants aren't trained to do a good job. More the twice I've had to run through a 2nd time because of missed dirt, spots of bird poo. There is No Pride in their work. I'll spend my money elsewhere. read more

Never had an issue. Monthly membership should cost less, but I always tip for a thorough job done.

Good, discounted, and quick, can just drive through or spend as long as u want detailing. Nice options !

Two star because the prices have gone insane. The washes have never been that good obviously it's an electric wash. However with the price increase and same standard service it just doesn't make sense to support them on a regular basis. We're in an economic recession and this business just takes full advantage and price gouges Lastly the last time the tunnel guy pushed in my 2021 rear view mirrors so hard he busted my clip. Who wants to pay for a service like that on the regular. Not me and I think it would be a good idea to add a competitor here to get these guys to be more accommodating to their customers read more

Got my car washed, I noticed the front of the car was still dirty. I brought it to their attention and they showed me where the damp rags are. Because I got the cheap wash, they would not re-wash it. read more

Worst car wash ever! The same dead bugs and dust is still on my car. You people are thieves! Definitely not money. The kids have no experience whatsoever holding a hose. Didn't push in the side mirrors either. Lazy, and no one working to hand dry. read more

In a few words, the prices are too high for what you get. Pre-wash, wash tunnel, after wash service and people suck.

If I could give less than one star believe me I would. Several of the rudest people I have ever dealt with at a business. I only wanted to get all the bird poop washed off my vehicle. Yet my vehicle was still filthy when I left. Bird poop was still every where. Due to the ineptitude of the little skinny cutesie girl working and not closing my driver's side mirror, it was broken off my car. I spoke with the manager about my broken mirror and was informed because my vehicle was more then 7 years old they would NOT do anything to compensate me for the damages to my car. I will be posting bad reviews everywhere I can to let everyone know just what a garbage business they are and to not waste your money or time there. Pam F read more

Went back the young lady sent it through again. The guy dried it. But this time I park it at the vacuum area. Light tan dirt from the back side door knobs. Complain again. (3rd time rework) Guy came over wipe it and said that's Arizona dirt that's the best it will get. I was very upset and gave up and left. Wash it at home it just came right off. read more

I took my daughters car there to get it washed, and I tucked the mirror on my side, which I couldn't reach the passenger side so a dude that worked there was gonna tuck it in but instead of tucking it in he slammed it and it broke, I heard it hit against the window. I was going to back out but there was cars behind me so I had no choice other than to go through the car wash, after I went through it, I talked to the guys drying the car and they said it had to be broken before but it was not. This car is my 16 year old daughter's car and I took it to the car wash so I could surprise her but now she can't even drive it until it is fixed. I do not advise you to use this car wash, it is a waste of money. read more

"Wash Me" car wash on Stocktonhill will turn you away if your car is dirty. Can't have any mud/dirt on your tires, wheel well, or running boards. Their reasoning being that the residue will contaminate their wash and allow grit & grim to blow up on other vehicles and possibly scratch them. So, you CAN'T wash your vehicle in their wash unless you wash it first. Makes perfect sense, if you're a flaming idiot. Why are these people even in business? read more

2/3 of a crappy car wash for $8.00? No thanks, bought a pressure washer. Good luck with your business...

We washed our cars there twice a week. But wash is so bad lots of dirt on back . Tire shine sucks and when you write them nothing. Remember 19.00 each time for wash for a lousy job. Plus tip. read more

This place is a horrible car wash and I DO NOT RECOMMEND. Every time I go to this horrible carwash, my black huyndai has white spots everywhere from the car wash. I have no scratches on my car. The first time I went here, there where little white spots on my black car after I got my car washed. This car wash is not worth your money atv read more

The kids working the actual car wash, were goofing off, and didn't even spray the car like they are supposed to, they were spraying each other and throwing sponges at each other. read more

Does not honor their rain guarantee was proven that today when I returned with my wife's car after a brief down pour yesterday..

This carwash is basic (not in the negative way we assume of the word) and gets the job done. Affordable and great prices!

Friendly people, great service. I always get the managers special and prepared to tip. They'll dry your car, or you can. And the vacuums are free! read more

Normally they are great, however don't go at 0830 in the morning. I buy the expensive wash, they didn't scrub my car ahead of time like they ALWAYS do, just a pre-soak by the attendant. Then after the wash, he dried my windows with a wet cloth, beautiful streaks left everywhere, and didn't shine my tires, again this is something I NEVER HAVE TO REQUEST. Honestly, I love this place, but this morning was an absolute joke. Wait until evening if you want a job well done. read more

I used to go here every other week because it was actually worth it. I usually get the Managers Special (the middle one) and I'm normally satisfied but not this time. The pictures are from the last time I went after I went through the car wash. I went and complained and they told me to run through the wash again. The only thing about having to run through the wash again is that you might have to wait in the long line. They should constantly have 2 people washing the cars before they go into the wash and they should spend a longer time washing the windshield and bumper before sending the cars on. It might take longer but I believe it will be worth the money. I did a better job washing my car myself which is what I'm probably going to have to do since I won't be taking my car here any more. I refuse to spend $11 on a poor job. read more

One star is to much for these guys, they're car wash doesn't even clean that well. And good luck trying to get a hold of someone to cancel monthly service plan. We have been trying to cancel for 8 months now and getting nowhere. The 7th month was able to finally talk to someone to cancel and they are still taking money out of our account. Very bad customer service and I advise everyone to stay away from this place. They are a rip off and a joke..... read more

Should be named "Do It Again Car Wash," because that's what you have to do when you get home. If you give 2 hoots (or even 1 hoot) about the way your car looks when you leave this place, save yourself the trouble. Can't decide if my Blazer looked cleaner or dirtier. For an extra treat, ask for wheel dressing. More like "un" dressing, but I digress. Do yourself a favor and spend the $12 or more on 3 beers and p*ss into the wind. read more

This place does a great job. It was after the winter snowstorm and my car was filthy. I have great praise for this carwash. The car can out of the wash and looked like showroom new. I was also impressed with the employees. They have the operation down to a very efficient operation. read more

This was my first time. A bit confusing but I figured it out. After you drive Thur two guys dry your car then it's off to vacuum. As I was vacuuming I saw a lot of the dead bugs still on the car and a lot of place they missed. I'm not sure if this always happens but next time I'll bring my supplies needed to finish the car. But I'd say if your in a hurry this might be what you like! read more

I am new in town, and had to find out the hard way.... BEWARE..BEWARE!!!.. IF YOU VALUE YOUR CAR... I went for the $7.00 wash and when I got out to check out my car there were scratches on the trunk of my car and also on the hood!!! The manager came out and said, Umm, that humm' um that ain't our fault... BULL S**T ... YES, it is your FAULT , my car didn't have one scratch on it, and I run it threw this OLD WORN OUT CARWASH and now my car is scratched up!! WTH.. I doubt that they even check the brushes for rocks or whatever maybe sticking out to scratch their customers cars! My cars value just went down, because of this HORRIBLE car wash! I had my mirror ripped off my truck and I cannot get any response from them. They said they would call me but it has been over a week.

Every time I go to wash my Jeep Liberty, the driver's side sport mirror falls off. Sometimes I thought it was because of how roughly they pushed it inwards before entering the wash, so I sometimes would push it in CAREFULLY myself before I got to them. Today, again, my mirror was knocked completely off during the powerful dryer. The kid who was doing towel drying couldn't figure out how to put it back on. I went to the Jeep dealer, and they snapped it back on for free! read more
