I was a long time customer of Quick Quack Yucca Valley (from when they first opened up out here). I will NEVER trust them with my or my husband's cars! We canceled our subscription due to me being struck from behind while going through the car wash. The vehicle behind me never put her car in Neutral and kept it in drive causing her car to smash into mine. Luckily, the woman admitted fault, and also fortunately she had valid car insurance as the claim to my 3 year old car was $3,600. Ouch! My insurance would have had to cover that if the woman didn't have auto insurance as Quick Quack denies any type of responsibility. That being said, even though her insurance paid, I was now inconvenienced having to get my car fixed....Not too mention, I had to fight with her insurance to get it paid in full! Who needs that stress and aggravation?!? After I was hit, the gal at Quick Quack took a report. This is only to cover them. The next day I got an email from Quick Quack corporate telling me they reviewed the footage and they are not responsible. Duh... The woman immediately admitted it was her fault. Their lack of concern for me and my well being sealed it for me....Subscription was canceled for both me and my husband. Think twice before coming here. read more

Got a slashed tire on the way out of here. 1st and last time I'll ever come here. I don't know how this could've even happened?? I paid a daily membership for 1 month, cashier was friendly & easy to talk to. Maybe get a new guide person, guy only has 1 eye is no wonder he couldn't properly guide me. Very very sad. I know my car isn't that new, but it was new to me. Driving on a spare. read more

Quick Quack Car Wash - Car Wash Near Me - Yucca Valley, California

See all

BEWARE!! I was hit by the vehicle behind me while going through the Quick Quack Car Wash in Yucca. They put the cars in with absolutely no room between me. This always concerned me and my concerns were valid. It was a couple thousand dollars in damage and a sore neck. Quick Quack took no responsibility and continues to stack cars with no space in between?? They seemingly do not train the people that work here?? read more

Thank you to Gaby for being so hospitable and welcoming. It was my first time here, visiting from out of town. She was so helpful and informative. read more

Reinforce the rules, no loud music. I went to wash and dry off my car and 3 different cars had their music playing. Luckily 2 were quick. read more

The Quick Quack Car Wash in Yucca Valley is the BEST! I love that the staff is Exceptional friendly each time we visit. The facility is clean as well. Our cars feel like they are at a Spa. It's very relaxing going through the wash. The quality of the soap foam and the lovely Duck Water fall leaves you relaxed & calm. Our cars leave squeaky clean each time. My daughter & I have been members since Feb of this year and this is what brings us back twice a week. I like that you can come multiple times a day as needed. Not to mention the available towels they allow you to use. Which No other Car wash offers. The vacuums work really well too. So, with that being said.... Thank You Quick Quack....I am a Happy Duck! See you next time! :) read more

poor quality wash, tireshine stopped working the last 4 months and it's going downhill

Always a good experience at this location! The staff is really nice and always friendly, helpful, and professional. Antwone and Ryan are both so nice and do a great job of getting you checked in and making sure that you're happy with your car wash. read more

We visited this quick quack and the staff was excellent!! My kids are obsessed with the duck videos they make on YouTube lol so we hit this one up and Christina made our time so fun!! She gave our boys little duck bags with little goodies, they had the best experience! And the car was clean! Thank you!! read more

One star is one too many. The service is horrible. I paid for unlimited car washes for two months. My truck was never clean. Paid for tire treatment and you could not tell the difference. Today it finally rained and now my truck is cleaner than anytime in the last two months. Save your money and use a hose. read more

I attempted to get my car washed. As the attendant took my credit card payment, the attendant proceeded to the back of my car and was recording my license plate into his ipad. He then asked me, "What state was my car registered?" I asked why do you need this information, I'm getting a car wash. I got no answer. Why? are you collecting my cars information? I can guarantee, they collected this information not to benefit me. I'm not going to this facility. I will be writing a letter of complaint. read more

After assuring me they wouldn't break off the antennae on my vintage car, they did. I'm not one to yelp or write reviews but stay away. 'Policy' is any car over 5 years old is exempt from damage responsibility because of inherent 'wear and tear'. I didn't see that posted anywhere. read more

Never again! So I got all excited about the new car wash, Quick Quack in Yucca Valley. I got a free car wash and I'm glad I didn't have to pay for it or get a subscription. It's a glorified automatic car wash with a light show and fancy detergent. My license plates were still dirty, too. Guess I "drove dirty." read more

I took my brand new 1 week old car through the yucca valley quick quack Ended up with at least a 2 foot scratch where the hood meets the fender I noticed it the next morning Immediately called customer service They told me to email Email told me to go to the location I did, filed the claim The worker was extremely nice but then came the team leader Christina This women has no customer service skills whatsoever and has no business being a "leader" She was rude and treated me like a criminal My car is off the lot brand new and acted like i was trying to get a new paint job, when all i asked for was a refund for the month subscription that i bought since i would no longer use their car wash I even would have settled for She very rude and aggressive I will tell everyone i know not to use their services, not because it scratched my car, but because her attitude was rude and disgusting I'm only giving them one star because the other employees were nice and helpful read more

The Customer Service Team Member, Raelyeen, did an outstanding job , thank you for your service and support in getting all of my vehicles listed for quick quack car wash . Job well done and thank you so much. read more

Drove up & knew what we wanted. When asked by the associate if I wanted the membership I politely declined. The associate mentioned it is their job to sell up the membership package, as we still declined the service that we were not interested, they continued to say it's their job. We understand it is their job but if a customer is not interested why still continue if the customer already declined. Their name has QUICK in it and this in fact was not a quick service. We declined the whole car wash after her 10min wasting time and spoke to the manager and CRISTINA the manager at the time could say was "well that's her job" . Very unprofessional on both end and I can see why the town hates this car wash. read more

This car wash is by far one of the best I've been to...great service, the workers are nice and my car has never smelt OR looked better. The manager Christina--I believe--has become one of my bestfriends with her fun outgoing personality and way to keep the car wash still in top service! I highly recommend going here if you want the best service ever. I swear on it, the value of my car has gone from smelly (don't ask why) and a little bit gross since I have four kids to beautiful, it smells good, and I will literally never let it get dirty again since it shines now--better than ever. read more

I wanna start off by saying the only reason that this review is receiving five stars is because of Antoine and that is the only reason, moving forward with that being said I started giving up faith on quick quack car wash due to the fact that the staff was extremely rude you have one lady who likes to wear colorful lipstick looking like a clown another one who draws on her lips trying to look like Bobo the clown and then you got a super flamboyant man or woman I'm extremely confused at this point and too afraid to address them as anything because everybody is so tender and so bitchy especially the flamboyant man or woman what that being said I have been coming to quick quack car wash for many years desert Hot Springs Palm Desert so on Yucca Valley is my hometown and it is where I constantly go and wash my vehicles quite often every single time I have gone in there I have had a different person or a different experience and with those three people that I have named because those are the three main people that I have had an encounter with out of everybody I wish that they would just replicate Antoine and make him full staff on all parts or at least make him train everybody else with their crappy attitude I couldn't tell you how many times I have complained about the girl with the lip liner giving me a dirty look or not even bringing me out one of my dash wipes even though I'm a monthly member and I pay quite a bit of money for more than one vehicle on my account but it's OK honestly the only reason I go back is because of his smiling face and his bubbly personality he is absolutely phenomenal and if you guys get the chance to deal with him he will make your experience extremely better don't give up on this quick quack some of the staff is not up to par but hopefully they can take this message and these words of encouragement to learn from their fellow employee who is doing a phenomenal job at his job thank you Antoine again for making quick quack car wash phenomenal read more
