My first time visiting a membership only car wash here at quick quack car wash. First of all, the staff is amazing! when you arrive they ask you what type of package you want, and because it's a membership car wash, today, on August 14 2026, all of the service services up to $40 we're only $9.99! And you get a 30 day membership; Cancel anytime! My car looks absolutely amazing and when I tell you, it looked like I drove through a snowstorm and then it sat outside in the sun for six months filthy! That's what my car looked like - it was so bad I didn't take it before pictures. But the after pictures are stunning Thank you so much quick quack car wash. I think I'll end up keeping this membership. Shiny new car wash in the neighborhood with eye-catching bright colors and kitsch...but at a price. The intro promo for membership is a terrific price at $9.99 for the 1st month, unlimited washes, then $21.99 per month. Still a terrific price because apart from the basic wash, the Lucky Duck and Ceramic Duck single washes are higher than the monthly membership price. Vacuums are decent, some of the vacuums in other stalls are less than adequate. There are compressed air sprayers and damp towels (nice touch!) The wash was acceptable. I got the Lucky Duck $22.95, and it removed most of the bee pollen and bug stuff. I do to put some elbow grease and manual labor on the top of my car - doesn't matter which car wash I pay for or use, tunnel washes always fail to clean the sticky build up. I also felt like the soapy shower and brushes were short one-pass processes - possible I'm mistaken, but it seemed very quick. Friendly service, helpful too. Lots of stalls, easy in and out. read more

EMPLOYEE LIED TO GET ME TO SIGN UP FOR MEMBERSHIP! BAD BUSINESS PRACTICES! I asked the employee 3 times to confirm that there wasn't a cancellation fee if I cancelled within the 1st month of the $9.99 deal they are promoting right now. (There is a cancellation fee if cancelled within the first 45 days) The employee stated there wouldn't be a cancellation fee and started talking about how I could get my car washed unlimited amount of times throughout that time. The vacuums suction in the 1st two stalls were not working so I was able to find a worker to fix them. The initial employee that checked me in and signed me up did however have great attitude. Wish he would've just said "I don't know, but I'll find out" instead of state something that wasn't true. read more

Horrible experience here. When they first opened, I was drawn in by the sign that the employees were waving saying that the first car wash was free. I thought "hey, why not?". Upon driving in, the employee helping me out said that they had a promotion going on for that weekend where for only $10, I can get unlimited car washes for 30 days and the subscription does not automatically renew. WELL, 30 days later, I get charged $39.99 for a membership that I never agreed to through their false advertising. I went back in person to speak with a manager and the associate said they would have the manager call me to settle my refund. That was about a week ago and still no call. Save your money and go to bellagio down the street off of Hawthorne and Manhattan. Quick and simple as a car wash should be. Ridiculous. read more

If I could give negative stars I would. I want to start by saying I was genuinely excited for this car wash to open. My family, neighbors, and I had all been looking forward to it, and my first wash was great. The employees were friendly, professional, and made the experience enjoyable. Unfortunately, my experience was overshadowed by what I witnessed from who I believe is the manager--a tall, bald gentleman. I overheard the way he spoke to his employees, and I was honestly shocked. In all my years, I've never heard a manager speak to their staff with such disrespect. No employee deserves to be treated that way. While I was using the vacuums, I spoke with one of the employees (who will remain completely anonymous). I asked whether the manager was always like that, and the employee confirmed that he is. They told me he is rude, doesn't know how to communicate with employees respectfully, and creates unreasonable schedules, including having employees close one night and then open the very next morning. The employee was clearly hesitant to say anything because they were afraid of losing their job and explained that they simply put up with it because finding another job isn't easy. It's disappointing because the employees themselves were outstanding. They were welcoming, hardworking, and represented your business well. The manager, however, completely changed the atmosphere and left a lasting negative impression. I was seriously considering becoming a monthly member, but it's difficult for me to support a business where employees appear to be treated this way. I sincerely hope ownership or upper management looks into these concerns. Your employees deserve respectful leadership, and your customers deserve to feel confident they're supporting a workplace that values the people who make it successful. read more

i went for the first time and they didn't project the ducks onto my windshields as i've seen in other people's tiktok's, love the theme and all though. my car came out clean at least, didn't use the vacuums because it was too crowded. i got the lucky duck wash and i am not sure if it was worth $22 since it only lasted a minute hence the name quick quack car wash haha it was fun though i wish there were more ducks read more

Just came to this quick plan for the first time because I saw it pop up on my GPS I didn't even know they were opening the location in the South Bay area. It's so nice not to have to drive all the way to OC for a larger quick quack but overall I love quick quack I love how large this particular location parking lot is they have a lot more trashcan and a lot more vacuums there wasn't really a a long wait time. I absolutely love quick quack, and I love their business model. I have been with them for years and I plan on continuing to. read more

I pulled in behind a huge truck that had a bed with a bunch of junk in it, while that wasn't the issue I had to wait a long time to be helped and when I was I was told that I would not be able to wash my Crosstrek because of the rack on my roof? I had always came to this same car wash previously and was so excited to start coming back so I was disappointed. When I had explained that I had always came to this car wash the worker just said "It's out policy you can exit on the left once the truck pulls forward" which I thought was totally rude. No if ands or buts. After I waited about another 5 minutes behind this truck that had maybe 5 workers helping him out (Sad) I reversed and went to the other lane because clearly I wasn't going to get out anytime soon. So to say the least I am very disappointed but I understand policy. What I don't understand is it's the exact same setup. Maybe they're just too cheap of a company lol. Anyways I would not recommend this car wash... you're better of going to The Bellagio in Lawndale! The staff are way nicer, way faster and it is a much cleaner car wash with reasonable prices! Also P.S. the free wash signs are all bs that's their way of trying to get you to buy their $10 membership till the rest of them month it's a scam! :) read more
