You should know it's incredibly busy, there are people in line all day long, and that makes it hard for them to deal with the phones, but there always seems to be someone working with a customer on the phone. Sorry, but the people in the store take precedence over phone calls, and the place is packed most of the daylight hours. The staff is actually very nice, particularly the two head pharmacists I have seen. I have had several issues dealing with my insurance and they help me every time. It seems like the people who are complaining are expecting a lot of customer service. If you can't use the app/website and text messages, maybe this is not the place for you. So much of the process is online, not one-on-one, now. It's not as personal as the old days, but they are serving an enormous number of people here. I like coming in, scanning my phone, and getting my medications. It's efficient, you only really have to wait in the line, but the service is fast once you get to the counter. Some reviewer accused them of racism and that's unfair, it's a very diverse team, they have people from all over working there. I'm a trans person of color and I have always been treated well. I know people only review when they are mad, so there are lots of complaints, but if you have a little patience, this is good pharmacy with a conscientious group of people working here.

Inside, you are forced to use the terminals at the pharmacies but it doesn't save you any time because pharmacy staff may yell at you for FOLLOWING procedure to self scan your barcode because "someone else" had checked in there (which was not correct since screen asked you to scan your barcode). So staff logged me out while I had followed protocol and unapologetically admonished me.

Multi million dollar hospital up the block with tons of 24 hour employees just dying for a coffee break, cigarette break, anything just an excuse to leave work for a few minutes. And the local 24 store has the audacity to lock the doors on them. Last management team was better, the employees were more juvenile playing load music and stuff. But at least they didn't let the money get away.

It's just a good old-fashioned neighborhood deli/ market. Everybody is always friendly. The place gets busy, but you get through quick. I always get the same thing every time. My go to-is Two eggs on a roll, light mayo, a little bit of salt and pepper. It comes out perfect every time. The eggs are good, the roll is a little bit crusty, but not too soft or not too hard, they always get the mayo, salt and pepper just right. As of March 2025, they do have a very small "egg surcharge", but it's understandable. Even with that, the price is very reasonable. Especially for such good quality. Next time I'm on the island, I will be back. Thank you.

I was really craving a bacon egg and cheese and wow, this place really delivered. (I haven't tried the other items from here but I will definitely return) I typically get a BEC on an everything bagel toasted, SPK (salt, pepper, ketchup) plus mayo. The bagel itself was great and the bacon was nice and crispy (they don't skimp on the bacon). $4 and you will be left happy and satisfied. Plus there's a parking lot!

The lines move fast at the cashier and the staff are pleasant. I dropped a few drinks bottles by mistake and they were very kind by not making a big deal of the situation. They also have a few middle eastern food products that I am always in need for.

They either tell you the store doesn't accept them or the can't figure out how to input them manually. I stopped going to the store because the complete lack of customer service and inept employees.
