Then we thought it went quick as they had me pay and we're just finishing. Oh no then several employees came looking around under the hood. This went on for a while and I finally stuck my head out to see what had happened. No one could find the oil filter. Several employees looking and on phones. I googled it and in seconds found where it was. This went on again for some time not exactly sure on time but we were there with them working for almost an hour because of this. Finally an employee Yeli came by window to register. I said I have an appointment that I'm going to be late for because of the oil filter not being located which she would not make eye contact or even acknowledge I spoke. I then said you don't need to be rude I'm just trying to see how and why this is happening to not be able to locate oil filter. It finally got completed which I then asked to have oil light reset. An employee said if you will pull forward Yeli will help you. I guess she refused because they had another employee help me. I was very patient and calm especially since I had a child with me. This shouldn't have happened but at least let me know what is happening and treat me respectfully since I was a paying customer. They left oil on several areas outside my vehicle as well as under the hood. Lied about the type of oil they used instead of what I wanted. I emailed with no response.

I am attaching the review my husband wrote with photos, but just in case TLDR, they damaged my husband's property and are refusing to pay to fix it. Their final offer was for us to pay half and they pay half of the large tear they made in my husband's car seat. We shouldn't pay ANY of it when we didn't create the tear. Their reasoning is that "we aren't going to pay to fix your seat when the seat was already worn out anyways." We have been very surprised and shocked with how the owner has chosen to handle this situation and refused to make it right. You cannot just go damaging a customer's property and not fix it. Mistakes happen, but it's how you choose to handle those mistakes that's important. I would advise everyone to steer clear of them or take very detailed before and after photos of their vehicles before turning them over to them. We are now unfortunately going to have to pay to reupholster the seat due to someone else's damages. In the photos attached: you can see a large rip where an employee sat down in the driver's seat to fix my husband's window with a tool or keys in their back pocket and then turned it back in to us without saying a word. We paid them over $1200 for their work on the car.
