When I called Seth to get a bid on building 2 gates for my new home he was right in line with other…read morefence companies. He quoted 330 built and powder coated. I had to call 2.5 weeks later to see if they were done he told me they would be done the next day. He preceded to tell me that they were going to cost 550 dollars. We went back and forth and settled on 425 because of the extra coating cost. This is where it gets good! I gave him the dimensions to build to the proper length, once I hung the frames I noticed that the frames were short by 5 3/4 inches so now I have an issue with bolting a post latch to keep the two gates together. So I had to modify a chunk of 2X4 to take up the difference. When I moved to adjusting the fence because of the sag he's cheap and undersized buckles seared off, come to find out Seth told me he used materials on my metal frame and wood exterior that they would use for chain link fences. More short cuts and he charged me a heavy price for these standard frames. I proceed to contact Seth at this time he won't call me back and once I get a hold of him he continues to tell me that he's partner didn't pay he's phone bill so he's phone was shut off. I asked for compensation for a job that was completed poorly, and he tells me that the extra savings that was agreed upon was all I was getting . I also pointed out that he should of honored the original bid, he says I should have gotten it in writing on he's letter head. Be very careful working with these people. If you do use them getting EVERYTHING IN WRITING IS A MUST! That still leaves there workmanship very poor. Hope this helps ...Rich
