I only wish I had taken before and after pictures! Rob did an amazing job and our carpets were 90% dry when he left. We have 2 dogs, 2 cats, and a 5 year old who all do their very best to trash our aging cream colored carpet ;( We had 4 bedrooms and our stairs cleaned for $150, which was a very fair price compared to industry standards. First off, the owner is great. He worked hard and was thorough. All for a very reasonable price. Unfortunately I have to say this type of cleaning may not be for everyone. We have an old dog who sometimes has accidents, and I had to point out spots where the cleaning hadn't taken care of the odor or the stain where the dog had laid (our carpets are less than a year old). Once pointed out, he worked a long time on his hands and knees to get it out the best he could, and got most, if not all, of it out.
