This is one of the more modernized locations that I pass by every time I go to and from work. Aside from having the usual convenience store, they also have a gas station in the front. Some parking is available on the sides and front of the store. It's located right next to the Hillsborough Promenade area. This is actually one of the biggest locations that I've ever been to. When I walked inside, I was surprised by the size of this store. It was quite big, and everything was spread out. The coffee area was on one side, and the deli was on another. The frozen food and beverage cooler areas were on other sides as well. Of course, in-between the sides were the aisles of snacks, baked goods and more. Towards the front on the right-hand side was a seating area for patrons who wanted to relax and enjoy their coffees and/or meals. Also in the front was the check-out area, with self-check-out machines. Wow, it's the first I've ever seen a self-check-out area in a convenience store. I went in here for some self-serve coffee. When I got there, I noticed that the Whoopie Pie flavor wasn't available. When I inquired about that flavor, the person behind said that it would be done in one minute. Of course after the wait, the flavor came out and it was hot and fresh. That flavor consisted of a mix of chocolate and marshmallow flavors, just like a real Whoopie Pie. The flavor was spot on. They also had the Nestle Toll House Choco-Chip Cookie Flavored creamer for mixing in with the self-serve coffee. I mixed it up, and what resulted was a unique, tasty experience. The coffee creamer area looked clean and organized too. I also came here for some Tic Tacs. Because I had a Facebook coupon for one free pack, I decided to redeem this for that. Because I wasn't sure if the self-check-out area would accept Facebook coupons, I went to a person to redeem that and pay for my coffee. The person at the register had a nice attitude. Overall this is a big and nice location. Maybe I'll come back for more coffee in the future. read more

I visit Quick Check in Hillsborough frequently and buy coffee. When Maria from the deli is there she's on top of making fresh coffee. She is very friendly always has a smile on her face. She also went out of her way to help me when I went to use my card and it wasn't working. She bought me my sandwich with her own money. I went back a couple days later to pay her back and she wouldn't take it. She working in the deli and is always hard at work when I see her. She does a great job. You don't see that very often. I hope Quick check appreciates her. She is a great person to have on their team. read more

I'm a DoorDash driver and when I came for an order this older lady with blonde hair counted the money while everybody waited in line and after she finished she was so rude that literally drivers picking up orders left the store and cancelled the order. When it was my turn she didn't know how to do her job and literally told me "tell the customer to come and pick up the stuff himself". It's 2 am and people get tired and frustrated, I get it.:: but you don't have to be rude. This is consistently the worst store in New Jersey..: in my experience read more

Customer Service at the Sandwich Counter is needed. I waited 15 minutes for a sandwich while other customers were coming and going. I asked where my order was and a sheepish young man said it's baking. What does that mean?A good customer service rep would acknowledge to the customer that the bread is not ready and do you want to wait or choose a different bread. Instead when I asked for a different bread I was looked at like I had 10 eyes. Why? Now I am wondering if my sandwich was 'kissed' because I asked about the bread. I don't think I will order a sandwich from there. A second issue is that noone of them were wearing hair nets and all of them had a full head of hear. One guy had long scraggly hair and was consistentily rubbing his nose. This is the BOHEMIA LOCATION- on Vet's HWY. read more

Worst Quickcheck ever! Do not get gas here unless you are desperate. Gas attendents are horrible. Many times I have tried to get gas and there were no attendants. I thought it was against NJ laws for customers to pump their own gas. we need a WaWa in Hillsborough! read more

Ordered a simple Italian sub that now resides in our garbage can with 2-3 bites out of it. How you can F something this simple up is beyond me. First, get a load of the onions in the pic. Who is going to chomp into a CHUNK of onion. The roll was dry and stale - where are the rolls you always use? Two tiny pieces of lettuce the size of quarters and practically no dressing. Like most Quick Cheks, the convenience store is very clean and well-stocked. Staff is attentive and makes sure cold and hot foods are always available. The food prep is quick, despite many orders, and I've never had a problem with an incorrect order. There is plenty of parking and the gas station attendants are always very friendly. read more

On my way to return cable boxes in Hillsborough after my move, I was running low on gas so I decided to stop into this Quick Chek. They have lots of pumps for gas and for 11am on a Monday the place was busy. The store itself was big. Biggest one I have been to. All the necessities are available especially delicious coffee. Upon checkout, I experienced something I have never had before. They had self checkout! Either I don't frequent convenience stores often or this is new. I was really impressed with how quick and painless it was (I always use it at supermarkets). read more

In a moment of weakness purchased world famous New Jersey classic pork roll egg and cheese on English muffin . 1) served on Raw gummy untoasted English muffin. 2) Raw pork roll was microwaved, no Grill, & still raw. 3) fake foil wrapper is lined with tissue paper & when you open the sandwich paper is stuck to the entire perimeter f sandwich and has to be picked off. All Quick checks should be banned from serving this sandwich ever again and fined for the offense. Terrible quality control; really such a simple thing, it speaks to terrible training. read more

Coffee s great, but why in god s name do they allow 40'gas tankers to make deliveries 2-3days a week at 12:00 when everybody s trying to get in and out of the parking lot at lunch??? A couple of times i have come out of the store to find my truck boxed in by a tanker. The driver is supposed to clear the aisle before beginning to unload according to the manager but why is there at that time in the first place? One time i barely got out of my space because of the tanker only to run into a 40' box truck making a food delivery in the bac read more

Just moved to PA so I've never seen a Quick Chek before. I stopped in at this branch at the tail end of a road trip, desperate for some food and drink. Everything was surprisingly solid! Got a ham and turkey sub and a coffee. The sub was very good, not as good as Wawa in my opinion, by still very eatable. The coffee was tasty and fresh, even late on a Sunday night. Nice job there. All in all, good stuff. Will remember this spot when I'm driving back from NY again. read more

For the second time in a month the ice cream from the freezer there is soft. The first time, I called to report that their freezers were broken. I really didn't want anything from them. I tried to call them but no one answered the phone. read more

I ordered a sandwich from the deli area and it took some time with only two employees working and at the time they were helping a women with a complaint about her drink. I appreciate this store for what it is a "convenience store". Emphasis on the word "convenience". I had to work a major holiday and didn't know what I was going to eat. Well, Quick Chek came through in the clutch. I was able to get a sub, some chips, and a drink when nothing else was open. This store is huge with tons of food options. Also, it has self checkout, which I love. It lets me keep it moving on to the next! read more

Went to order a sandwich at around 1:30 am my friend ordered salt and vinegar fries, the Spanish lady on the other side of the counter refused to make his fries the way he wanted and ended up taking an entire half hour making our food. This used to be my "GO TO" Quick chek. I'm not so sure anymore. most times the place is very clean ( today it was the exact opposite ) Both Sandwichs were made poorly, and not as requested. coffee selection was meager. lately it seems like they never have soup out in the center island. For a store that does phenomenal business you'd expect more from it. I think I'll be visiting the WaWa across the street a little more often. read more

Good coffee. Exactly what you would expect from a quick check chain. The self check out lanes are always not working and Credit Card pin pads and check out screens are filthy. Terrible service! My sandwich was not made properly I mean who puts onions in a sausage egg and cheese breakfast wrap! Go to register and empire checking me out wonders off to char with another girl while in the middle of checking me out with a line behind me! How rude. Never going to this location again! read more

The coronavirus had certainly changed our daily routines. And, that's understandable. This location has modified how a customer gets a cup of coffee. An employee behind the coffee counter, who is wearing latex gloves, takes your request. When done the coffee and cover are placed on a counter. Seems right. Wrong!! The coffee and cover are placed on an unprotected counter. Then, we are told to fumble through the sugar packet and cup sleeve containers along with every customer. How safe is this? read more

I'm not a fan of all Quick Cheks, but this one is very good. The entire store is very clean including the bathrooms which says a lot to the way they prepare and handle your food in their deli. Which leads me to the sandwiches which always taste fresh and put together with care. This is a big difference from other Quick Cheks where your sandwich might have one piece of meat or is completely falling apart and was obviously put together very sloppy. Their gas attendants are very quick and always professional. They also have a PNC Bank ATM on site which is a big plus for me. read more

Excellent Quick Check. Very clean. Fast gas service.

Well, this location used to be shiny. I got a coffee and used self check out (yes, one of the few locations with this feature). My receipt which was spit out got all dirty from an uncleaned mess on the machine which I did not notice. Hope my receipt is readable to be expensed! read more

I just got some gas here and it was a horrible experiance. The gas attendant did not say one word to me. No acknowledgement of my presence, when the gas pump stopped he pointed at the price. I handed him the money and he walked away. No hello thank you or anything! I gave this place 2 stars instead of 1 star because I did not go into the store; I just got gas. I like to think that inside the store would be a better experiance. read more

Great coffee, clean, nice guys at the pumps. Air machine for tires is always broken though.

Personally I have always been a Wawa person but after attending this store I think I switched to team Quick Chek. The sheer size of the store was the first thing that I noticed but also the cleanliess of the store was off the charts. I came in on Memorial Day and I tried the $2 sandwich deal thinking that the sandwich would be nothing special but boy was I wrong. I tried the 6 inch Sicilian Supreme and it was literally to die for. This deal was incredible and would highly reccomend for anyone who lives near this Quick Chek. The only reason I stopped in the store was to get some cat food for my cat Jynx but realized that this store has a lot more to offer. At first I could not find the cat food in the store but the store manager was extremely friendly and helpful in showing me where the cat food was located. I was also a little confused on how the self checkout worked but the manager again came over and was extremely curteous and showed me how to work it. I would really reccomend this store not just as a convenience store but as a deli as well. read more

I got gas here and usually dont wait long. I also get air in my tires here for free if noone else is there. It takes forever to tap off tires. I usually dont get coffee or food there because I live close by and already have coffee and breakfast. This day though I git coffee there and one of those premade breakfast sandwiches from there. Halfway into the sandwich I pulled a long hair out of my mouth oh yummy! read more

There's like 16 pumps or something and they must have, maximum, one attendant. Maybe he's hiding? I've never seen him myself, but I hear other motorists yelling and honking on the other side of the pavilion, so they must see something promising. Why do I keep rolling the dice and attempting to fill-up here? The other cars on my side peeled out without gas, so it's unlikely he'll come over for just one car unless I do the unthinkable and attempt to pump my own gas, which apparently requires a professional. If you spot him, do let me know, and I'll give unto ye one Spanish gold doubloon. read more

So we were on our way home last night and it was late, we had a far drive so I wanted to stop in for some coffee. Upon entering, my partner and I decided to also get a small sandwich. Like I said, it was late and we were basically the only ones in the store. After we ordered the sandwich (buffalo chicken mac and cheese sub), made coffee, some seemingly drunken males walk in and start chatting up the girl who was supposed to be behind the food counter. After a few minutes or standing around, the sandwich appeared done and we left. Now I am not sure if it was because it was 130 AM, or the girl who made our sandwich was distracted with said boys or if she just didn't care. After getting a mile down the road, we opened the sandwich only to discover she did not heat up the mac and cheese. At all. I had no idea that I would need to specify to HEAT the mac and cheese up for the sandwich. It's not as if she forgot to toast the bread, that is a simple mistake. But to give us a food, which is clearly supposed to be given warm, in my opinion always, is just plain ridiculous. read more
