Some unsavory-looking types sometimes loiter outside, but it's more of a mild annoyance than a situation where I feel like I might get mugged or something. The parking lot is cramped and small; watch carefully for people driving badly and not looking where they're going. I don't think I've ever seen an actual accident here, but I've seen plenty of VERY close shaves.

While the competition has been developing "Super" stores with gasoline pumps and delis for custom sandwiches, 7 Eleven has not been keeping pace in this area. Maybe they don't see the need, or maybe they don't have the vision, nor the capital. It's their call, but with all the properties they own, they should consider upgrading the attractiveness of their stores or risk falling so far behind that they become an afterthought is this segment of the fast convenience market.
