The refrigerated station in the middle has every kind of milk you could want to put in your coffee, both dairy milk and plant-based milk. The staff here does a great job keeping everything clean and well stocked. All the employees I have encountered are professional and polite. I love the variety of sandwiches, and the touch screen ordering system. The touch screen makes it easy to customize the orders. One of my favorite things is the croissant sandwich with egg, cheese, ham, and Sriracha sauce. Pretty impressive that they have Sriracha! The Branchburg post office is attached to this Quick Chek. The parking lot is big and I have never had trouble getting a spot.

Since I was in the area I decided to stop in and order pretty much one of each sandwich...I am exagerating but I am really not. I ordered the - Poppin Pastrami (just like I remember it - delicious!), BBQ brisket (yum), Philly (so good) and the Josephine (will definitely pass on this next time - disappointing). The staff is very friendly. great old general store feel. I was able to peruse around - they have prestocked items you can heat up at home and their sweets section (of course right near the register) looks amazing! Next time I would love to sit down and enjoy some a sandwich (took them to go this time). Enojy!

We also now know there are several truck stops further down on Interstate 78. We came to this Exxon to get gas after 10PM, and everything was dark. I hope this review helps people avoid stopping here when low on gas, and we learned some lessons from this one.

They also have such necessities as some dairy products - eggs, milks, several types of cheeses, even sour cream. They make sandwiches also although I haven't tried that and to be honest, I'd be wary to try sandwiches in most delis, especially while I'm away somewhere, not close to home. All in all, fantastic local countryside deli/mart that satisfies your basic needs in absence of larger stores and or pharmacies. (Yes, they sell all kind of first aid/painkillers too).
