I remain a very satisfied client of the Metropolitan Ave location, you all -- tellers to the top brass are -- and have been, for three plus decades a staple in our community. Please keep the concerts coming, the annual Halloween event spooking and setting out daily free coffee that doesn't taste like the beans are on their third press. Cashed in a few EE bonds that had reached maturity, management was most personable working the boxes in the back. Tellers have always been quire attentive to my needs and do go the extra mile too assure high quality customer service.

Mary could not have been more gracious before, during and after the discussion. Her customer service was inspiring as we both learned that there was no issue as documentation was already filed with the bank approximately nine years ago. Any other person working on a Saturday would have expressed frustration that I did not allow certain transactions to abide in my memory. In an age of faceless and voiceless automation, songs without melodies and pointless conversations that take place via texts, Mary's example as a professional and fine human being soars above mediocrity. With eternal gratitude.....

This review is to commend the matchless professionalism that Customer Service Supervisor Jacqueline…read moreMorrison had demonstrated when she had resolved a difficult problem regarding a safety deposit box on 1/20/24 that had involved Ridgewood Savings Bank branch located on 74-25 Grand Avenue in Elmhurst New York. Despite the initial difficulties in resolving this problem due to a miscommunication by me, she, however, remained calm and eventually researched further on whom had rented this said box. Once she had ascertained that I and my brother, George, had rented this box, she then permitted me to open this box so I could remove the contents and therefore finally close out this box. After I had turned in the safety deposit key to her and Ms. Morrison had given me a receipt pertaining to my brother's lost key, Ms. Morrison ended a four-year long legal problem involving my mother's estate. It is because of this legal closure that I can finally rest regarding my mother's estate and get on with the rest of my life... Once again, I thank Customer Service Supervisor Jacqueline Morrison for the service she had rendered unto me, and I would recommend her to anyone needing banking services pertaining to Ridgewood Savings Bank. --Ronald G. Tiring and tiring trying to get this bank to cooperate with me. I normally don't have an issue, but…read morethey gritted their teeth after me constantly annoying them to dispute a charge I could not have made. They refused to honor me my refund. This branch specialist looked at me like I have four heads, but when I called the company in question on speakerphone at the branch, the guy on too much protein powder was not convinced it was not my charge. It could have taken them a week at least, but the $200.00 of phone sex calls charged by a guy named 'Jason' to my card was never returned to me. So I took out my family and I from their services entirely. Safety deposit box, my savings, and CD, and went to another bank. After the said company could not verify my information in front of the branch member, and they were willing to return my money to me, all he had to do is release funds. Sign a paper, fax it back, and I would have gotten my money back. When I asked to speak to a manager, conveniently there was never one there at the moment, when I went to clear out all my things, a manager was finally conjured and appeared out of thin air. It was too late, for I was not going to keep my money at a place where if I had never made a complaint in almost a decade on anything. why would you not believe me now? This location sucked as Commerce Bank, and for me, TD is no different.

There was only 1 representative working for the service and 2 tellers working the cashier line. Incredibly slow and inefficient. Will be avoiding this TD bank location in the future and definitely keep the wait time in mind if you're looking to visit this branch in the future.

There was two ladies by the counter and one security guard on active duty. I had a friendly visit, and left with a bunch of pink lollipops. (Yes. I'm a big kid. Hehehe) I was excited to see new lollipop colors that wasn't their usual green or purple, or the red when they were still known as Commerce Bank. My Dad... being the hoarder that he is..... finally let me go through the family piggy banks; which have been accumulating for over 15-20 years off the top of my head. This enormous amount of coins took over six hours to count and roll up. And today I learned that there's a limit on how much coins TD bank will accept, which is upto $300 per account, per person. Lucky me..... I brought it about $250 bucks worth of coins..... Here's a happy visual, each roll of pennies contains 50 cents; I had like 20 rolls of it. Quarters, $10 per roll, I had about 10 rolls. Then it was nickles ($2 per roll) and dimes ($5 per roll) Needless to say, I'm still upset they stopped the penny arcade service in general..... because now the banks won't take any coins unless it's pre-rolled, after hours of counting....... and I did a crap ton of counting.....
