I told her the exact Samsung model my mom owns, and she just stared blankly. I would assume if someone's going to be given the responsibility of running a store, you would imagine they'd be trained and also given a reference guide in order to best assist customers in store. The whole point of going in-store versus ordering online was to get help, which I received none of. When asking for help to find the cord, as I don't have the best eyesight, she told me that they don't sell just the cord, & that I'd need to purchase the charging dock that comes with cord. As she rung me in, there was no mention of final sale. Therefore, assumed I had 15 days as their return policy says so on the receipt & online. Today, 14 days later, I returned as the charging dock overheated to the point is smelled like melting plastic. This has never happened before, & quite clearly a product malfunction. Before even explaining the issue, she cut me off the moment I had mentioned exchanged & said with attitude "I told you no exchange or refund It's final sale" I told her "No, you literally didn't or I would not have purchased from you. The receipt I have for the charger on it says 15 day return policy. Not to mention, this product is clearly faulty." All she had to say was "It's not my issue. It's final sale." I'm now out $45 with a busted charger dock that I didn't even need. Do yourselves a favour & don't give this location your business If you check google reviews, there's loads of other comments stating they were lied to & treated disrespectfully as well. Shop here & you WILL get scammed.
