Acceptable, not exceptional, apartment turnover cleaning. It was medium-wear&tear apt, some marks on the walls and and minor carpet stains. After cleaning, there was still obvious dust on the baseboards and crown moldings, and their nearly 3-hour cleaning didn't include vacuuming. The apt did not "smell fresh" after the service. Sergei and crew did an amazing job - super professional to work with and our place is very clean. He cleaned both our new home (which was a stinky mess thanks to the previous owner) and our previous place (which had a move out checklist in order to get our deposit back). He even called the next day to ensure everything was how we wanted, and that we had gotten our security deposit back (we did). We first hired them to clean once, just to try it out, but the quality of their work, their professionalism and their flexibility won us over so they now come every month. I needed help fast, and it was a dirty job. Our screen porch was due for a thorough spring cleaning, AND it had received a heavy coating of stone dust during patio construction. We moved into a new apartment and needed someone to clean it as it was not move in ready. Quick and Clean came in and washed every surface, scrubbed the stove and made it look like new, cleaned the entire refrigerator, floor, cupboards etc...Also they made our bathroom military clean. Serguei and his partner are true experts at their craft. They responded to me very quickly, were able to come the next day (I was in a pinch and needed help quickly) and did an excellent job. Had a tenant who left an apartment filthy..refrigerator, practically new range, bathroom, cupboards, etc. Sergei and one other of his crew came and tackled the job. Must say, the place looked great! They have been cleaning my house every other week for 9 years and I can only recommend them, as they have been absolutely terrific. Sergei and Alla are fast, clean thoroughly, and are a truly lovely presence in the house, I really look forward to their visit (and a sparkly clean house). #LateAndUnreliable. I was very exited to have found this company as it had a couple of good reviews and as they were available the next week for an upcoming event. I also called and confirmed the day before for the scheduled clearing. The day of the clean, they were 20 minutes late and so I called to see if they were en route, needed extra directions, etc. I was advised defensively that "we are on our way" and "there are a lot of traffic lights from South Burlington to your place", etc. I asked them to please call back if they did not think that they would be along in the next 1/2 hour. I got a call back less than 5 min. later saying "we don't think we want to do this." I calmly advised that this probably was for the best and wished them well but would be posting a negative review because of this. Fortunately, I had done a lot of the work myself already and so was able to complete the task. However, if I was not able to take the time to do the work myself, it would have been a problem so wanted others to have the info. read more
