The house is now pristine and ready for us to enjoy! Zulia's commitment to finishing the task is a testament to her work ethic, professionalism, and dedication to her clients. Her pricing was very reasonable, and we look forward to having her back soon for regular cleanings.

Despite being hired for a move…read moreout deep clean, in which she shared in writing the tasks she'd do, one of two toilets was left uncleaned, light fixtures were untouched, she didn't mop half of the home, the paint on the exterior of the refrigerator was scratched beyond repair, and much more. Zulia also increased the cost of the clean halfway through to $800 (despite sharing in writing a significantly lower estimate beforehand)- for a 2 bedroom, 1.5 bath home. I communicated my disappointment with the state of the house upon completion, even sending photos of missed areas, and she maintained that she "did the best she could" and took zero accountability. I'd estimate she cleaned roughly half of what was promised.

I immediately found them to be extremely friendly, down to earth and honest about expectations, cost and timing. I was looking for a fast turnaround in terms of getting them out for the cleaning, which they accommodated by coming to my house on a Sunday! On the day of the cleaning, the great communication continued, with a heads up call that they were on their way to the house, and they were right on time. The cleaning took about 3 hours, and they did a really great and thorough job with no detail left unattended. The house was literally spotless when they were done -- and the best part was that the place was shiny clean without the gross, noxious smell of chemical cleaning products left behind. I would definitely recommend VTGC to friends or family, and plan to have them come back regularly. Top-notch customer service.

This was a really disappointing experience. Whitney, the owner, responded to my request about a…read morequick turn-around cleaning of a large house, explaining that she could have a team there a couple of days later. When we discussed the details, I explained that the house is very large (over 7000 sq ft), that the house needed a deep cleaning (particularly the kitchen) and that work had to be completed by noon, but could start as early as 8. She said for a house our size it would be a team of 3 or 4 people, at $50 an hour per person. I asked to cap the charge at $400, and explained that my brother, who was at the house, would direct their priorities. This morning, 2 cleaners showed up at just before 9am. They insisted that they start at the top of the house and work their way down, even though my brother made clear that the kitchen and first floor were the priority. Three hours later, they had cleaned the top two floors but not the first floor. Because we had a hard stop, the job wasn't finished. My brother told me that they moved very slowly and that the work they completed was fairly average. I called Whitney and she apologized, saying that the team should have been there at 8, but that the dollar cap I had put on the cleaning was a big part of the problem. I certainly understand that if we had asked for the entire house to be cleaned top to bottom, but we specified priority areas because of the time and cost limitations, and the cleaners said it "wasn't their system." While I very much appreciate the quick availability, I am very disappointed by the shortcomings and I definitely would not use them again.
