My appointment was with Dr. Melanie Castelhano, who had a friendly, upbeat personality, explained things clearly and was quite thorough. Clean and pleasant environment. I'm used to the traditional method of scaling, so the water-pressure way was quite different, which is the only reason why I didn't give my experience a full 5-star (i.e., due to unfamiliarity, not due to lack of service). It's private, but they also offer NHS services, which is helpful if you want to mix and match private and subsidised treatments. I used to go to my dentist in Asia, but hadn't gone back in a while. The first time I went to Oracare, it had been three years since my last dental check-up and I was very nervous. But Dr. Zainab made me feel incredibly at ease, particularly when I needed to have a root canal, which I'm happy to say was relatively painless! I've needed various treatments over the years but never felt that I was coerced into taking a particular, more expensive route. I also come here regularly for hygienist appointments (I recommend booking in advance, weekend appointments can fill up pretty quickly).

Frank Reznek and Phil Marsden have been sharing this practice in prime location on Holland Park Avenue for as long as I can remember. Long are the days that you could get good dental care on the NHS, but I always feel I get good value for money here. I am lucky in that I live nearby, but the location is ideally located for Holland Park or Shepherds Bush stations, as well as a number of buses. Highly recommended.

I had a polish and scale before the treatment and a check in with the dentist every month to ensure the treatment was on track. At the end of my treatment I still needed minor adjustments so the doctor order 3 more sets of trays for me. I also enquired about getting my teeth whitened, he recommended gel that I can put directly in my retainers. Overall I am very happy with the service that I have received here and would definitely recommend!

Terrible. Dishonest, unprofessional and they damaged my teeth…read more I wanted Invisalign and I purchased it on groupon, as there was a good deal. I went for my consultation and this Dr Fahami came up with 4 cavities that I had to treat before Invisalign, plus a polish and scale. I had no problems before, no pain, no sensitivity at all but he insisted I had to treat these 4 cavities. He clearly told me that if I wanted to proceed with invisalign, I had to pay extra and gave me an estimate of £3200, double the price of my voucher for Invisalign. The total included a "top up" for invisalign of £1.100 which was clearly a rip off, since I had paid invisalign already online. The polish and scale was terribly poor, done manually with a small tool that I could have done by myself even better! To change one appointment due to my working schedule, I called them 3 times in one week, I left messages and they did not get back to me until the following week. Since they treated my 4 cavities they caused me serious damage. I have now been experiencing high sensitivity to hot, cold and before I was absolutely fine. They suggested me a root canal, which means a lot more surgery and a lot more money, when all I wanted was just Invisalign. I now need further treatments while my teeth were in good conditions before seeing these people. I asked for a refund for the bad surgery and the damages caused and the Dr had denied it to me. Would never recommend to anyone.
