Good, friendly welcome and fast check in until the first nurse unsuccessfully tried to take blood sample from my left arm leaving a big dark blue mark. another more experienced nurse came in and easily finished the job. All nurses supposed to be good cannot accept to get lucky or not.

The phlebotomist, Adriene, even gave $1 and treats to encourage him, from her own pocket! They were full of suggestions and made it their job to help him get comfortable enough to draw blood. We are so grateful for the generosity of time from both Adriene and her boss, who allowed her to be so dedicated. We definitely recommend them to anyone. It's a quality experience.

I usually go to the Trappe location but this time I wanted to go to the Royersford location. I arrived in time for what I thought was my appointment and was told I was in the wrong place and that they didn't have time for me because they were closing soon. The gentleman was very friendly and nice about it and we even had a bit a laugh about it. He told me that I could come back today (Saturday) anytime between 7 and 11 and that HE would take care of me. Quest does prefer appointments but will fit in walk-ins if possible. I know this because I've done something like this before. AND their kiosk allows one to sign in as a walk-in. I returned this morning at 9:45. There was no one else in the waiting room. Karen (that is her name) was not welcoming at all. Her body language, her facial expression, her tone of voice let me know that she was not happy about my being there. And she said, "I will squeeze you in over here." Squeeze me in? There's no one here! The place does accommodate walk-ins! She then went to inform me that Quest is an "appointment based facility" and handed me a card. I said that I knew that already but that I was turned away yesterday and told to come back today anytime between 7 and 11. She argued with me the whole time and told me I was rude. I well NEVER go back to this facility even though it is next to my favorite chocolatier. I will go back to the Trappe location because those people are warm and welcoming!

I was promptly seen by a staff within minutes of arriving. He then took me to one of the rooms to have my blood drawn. I was impressed that he was able to pull up the name of my provider who had recommended the blood work without me providing any additional information beyond what I had provided at check-in. The whole process of confirming my information, having my blood drawn, and taking a urine sample, took me less than 15 minutes and I was out of the facility by 10:15 a.m. (I also noticed that another young girl in an adjoining room got processed just about as quickly.) What was also impressive to me is that my test results were available the very next morning less than 24 hours after my blood being drawn a day earlier. All in all, I am very impressed with the promptness and efficiency of the people at this facility.

Wow! This is the first time at this location and it was simply a perfect visit. I've been dealing…read morewith some serious back issues recently and have become a "regular" for getting MRI's, CT or xrays. I usually have them done at either Jefferson Hospital or Penn in the city, which both tend to be a bit straight to the point and lack any type of personal interaction, but not at this location! Marissa(I know that's not right, but it's close) who does insurance/front desk was literally the nicest and most genuine person I've met in awhile, great conversation and she answered all my questions - I tend to become a chatter box when I'm nervous haha. I literally only needed to wait 2 minutes and I was already being seen by Lori, who was super professional, compassionate, explained every step of the way and answered all my "dumb" questions. Marissa(to be fair she butchered my name too haha) and Lori made this unwanted/stressful visit quick,easy and painless. You guys a rock stars and deserve so much praise(maybe a raise too!)for being great people and awesome employees.
