Horrible place to have lab work appt . This location seems to be always "short staffed " the quest system is not user friendly nor is the kiosk check in machines. It's a do it yourself and/or figure it out on your own or literally ask another person in the waiting area for help. Worker announces there are only 2 people on and fully booked . No accommodations even for people who have to walk in who absolutely have no phones or assistance. Definitely have tried different locations and surely is wayyy better than this location . The only thing about this location was its cleanliness , staff though need improvement on their attitude towards people especially when it comes to helping people who need check in assistance. read more

I have had nothing but horrible experiences at this Quest Diagnostics location since becoming pregnant. Every single visit has been frustrating, unprofessional, and borderline unsafe. First and foremost, the facility is filthy. For a medical setting, you would expect cleanliness to be a top priority, but that is far from the case. The waiting area and blood draw room always feel unsanitary, which is extremely concerning, especially for someone going through frequent testing during pregnancy. The staff seems completely overwhelmed, understaffed, and undertrained. Every time I have had my blood drawn, I have left with bruises or worse--one time, they even blew a vein. That is unacceptable. Proper technique should be a basic expectation at a lab facility. But the worst experience yet happened at my last appointment. As I sat in the blood draw room, a random person--who was not an employee--walked in to drop off their urine sample. That means this lab is so poorly managed that anyone off the street can just stroll into the blood draw area. This is a huge breach of privacy and professionalism. And to top it all off, the incompetence of this location directly affected my pregnancy. I had to wait two weeks for my genetic testing results, only to finally be told that they didn't even collect enough blood in the first place. Two weeks of stress, uncertainty, and waiting--completely wasted. Now I have to go through another blood draw and start the waiting process all over again, which should have never happened in the first place. This location is in desperate need of better staffing, stricter protocols, and proper training. If you are pregnant or require frequent testing, I highly suggest avoiding this Quest location if possible. The lack of professionalism, cleanliness, and competence makes it an incredibly stressful place to deal with, and no one--especially expecting mothers--should have to go through this kind of repeated frustration. read more

I understand in this damn time that we need to set up appointments. But the Quest diagnostic app need some improvement. I set up an appointment for my daughter to go in on 10.04.2024 at 7:10 am I could have swore I made an appointment for her but when we get there we're not on the list. I think they should have services at the doctor's office to help people and make sure that they make their appointment.. other than that it was very clean the lady that helped me she said to make sure that you pressed that you got an appointment and they will give you a cold so we're making another appointment for next Friday. read more

First and foremost the Lab person in space 1 is horrendously rude and unprofessional. This woman is an African American on the heavy side I'm describing her so that the supervisor can speak to her on patient etiquette. This is her job/career if she is unhappy then by all means look into another field.. read more

Not convenient. You have to make an appointment. Get there they say the computers are down and they are short staffed. I notice they are called people back that came in after 9am so obviously their appointment is after 9 also. It's 9:15 now I say something. Cuz mind you my appointment was 8:40 The chick catches an attitude telling me that they had an appointment. I told her I'm sure they did after mine. Now she's telling me they aren't gonna service me. Total waist of time and Gas! It's just too bad that Quest has taken over and has gotten worse in serving the community. Customer service no longer exists. Trust they don't deserve this one star at all!! read more

Got here rather early & of course it's one of those hurry up & wait situations ... I am over getting my blood drawn.... they were on top of things I will say that making an appointment is better read more

I had to take my 2 year old daughter here and already I was nervous but when I walked into the door to see one of the workers with red short curly hair yelling at a little boy no older than 7 to "stop freaking crying already" my nerves went up 25x. Of course I was called back by that same lady, when we got back to the room she saw my daughter still is drinking from a bottle and commented about how my daughter obviously doesn't need anymore milk, after she made it clear that she thinks my daughter is over weight by poking at her veins with one finger with literal disgust in her eye she finally sat us down and was ready to take her blood. Of course when she went to poke my daughter she moved no matter how hard I was holding her that was going to happen but that lady doing it decided it was completely my fault and yelled at me for letting her move and why can't I keep her still, it took the other associate to tell her obviously I was trying to hold her down. It was a already stressful situation that didn't need to escalate to that point. If you don't want to work there than quit. read more

I have been to multiple Quest labs location at my age. This location is the quickest and fastest location with no appointment. When I was pregnant with my second child and I had to do a glucose (I think that is what it is called) check they allowed me to stay in a room in the back, instead of sitting out in the lobby. Which I am forever grantful. 18 months fast forward, I recently took my second child to have his blood dream due to his high fever, they were wonderful and quick. We were in and out in 1.5 hours with no appointments and a pack lobby room. I recommended you take your little ones here, not all locations are as fast easy and have the knowledge and/or experience to draw from an 18month baby. Thank you read more
