If it wasn't for a request from my job.. I would've left. I logged to my schedule appt at 11:30 through my phone with a message that said "you do not need to log into the kiosk" waiting 20 minutes, no one came out so I relieved in to make sure I was in the system as this is my lunch hour and they said I was more than 10 minutes late and now I'm on standby, meanwhile I originally logged in through my phone. Maybe see a phlebotomist once every 20minutes to take one person, if that once every 1/2 hour. No receptionist, everyone in waiting room is beyond annoyed. Some people can't even check in as their codes aren't working. The company needs to do better. Not the phlebotomist fault. Worst Quest! Takes Forever! Slow moving staff...caring more about talking than trying to get people in and out.

Horrible. There's NO receptionist to speak to, you have to check in via kiosk and the waiting room is always full of confused and disgruntled people. we waited an hour when we showed up 10 min early for our appointment as they requested, plus another 30 minutes in the blood draw room waiting for the phlebotomist to do the paperwork, which should have been done ahead of time if there were staff at the front desk to take the lab slip and enter the info before you go back there. The phleb we had for my anxious child had absolutely no bedside manner and it was SO much worse than it needed to be, now he needs to go back and he's so anxious about it I don't know what to do. All around horrendous experience, this place needs to be shut down. read more

I go here all the time. I always make an appointment, and I have never waited more that 5-10 min. I think they are awesome!!!

This place is HORRIBLE!!!!! We had a 2:20 appointment and they LOCKED THE DOORS and they were done by 2:30 when they close at 3. We knocked on the door and the doctors went and HID because they decided they were done for the day. HORRIBLE PATIENT CARE. read more

First of all, the phlebotomist, Christina rates 5 stars. But for two straight weeks, this site is devoid of butterfly needles. I NEED butterfly needles!!!! Yesterday, 5 minutes after my blood was drawn, I felt liquid running down my arm and discovered a handful of blood and a blood-soaked jacket! This lack of butterfly needles is nothing new at this location. What's the problem???????? read more

Go to another location. Even with an appointment I waited an hour for a 5 minute visit. Either they should not schedule so many appointments or get more staff. read more

Horribel. One tech was ok. Other was rude , very rude. - need to close this location. Check in machine is horrible. No internet service. Skips over patients does not take in order . Don't go here. Makes people mask up unnecessarily . read more

I needed to drop off samples at this location. I arrived at 2 pm on April 23rd and after waiting for 30 minutes finally left without accomplishing my task because someone was waiting for me to pick them up. They took 3 people who had arrived after me and I was told that appointments had priority. No one told me that I needed to make appointment to drop off when I first picked up the kit. How crazy. I've never been somewhere that you needed to make an appointment to drop something off. I made an appointment for 4 days later and they took me on time. The entire interaction lasted less than 2 minutes. I don't understand why they couldn't have done this on the previous Friday. The office is 1/2 hour from my house, so I was 2 hours in the car for a 120 second appointment. It would have been ok if the situation had been explained ahead of time. read more

I had a confirmed 11:15 am appointment at the Harrison Ave Riverhead NY office for 12-26-2020. Yet when I showed up at 11 am, much to my dismay, the office was closed. Apparently, no one bother to call or email me that they will not be opened that day. The pits. read more
