I've been to this location a few times and service is usually pretty quick. I did set up an appointment in advance and use the self check in kiosks in the waiting area to make the process smoother. Phlebotomists have been professional and caring. There are some that have been a little more gentle when drawing blood than others; but overall they all have been OK. Parking is limited since this lab is inside Jackson North Medical Center but if you drive around for a little bit, you should be able to find a spot. It looks like they recently upgraded to they have new furniture and equipment. The building itself is older and hallways have a weird smell so that's the only reason for not rating 5. read more

What is the value of making an appointment only to watch the entire waiting room clear out twice! No assistance whatsoever and for non Spanish speaking customers.....you are SOL. I am sure it's not the staffs fault, it's the system they work with. Will try another company read more

If you've attempted to make a blood work appointment recently you'll come to find that they are incredibly busy. My normal Quest location in West Broward didn't have anything for over two weeks so I was lucky to score an appointment here in North Miami within five days time. The office building is located right behind Jackson North Medical Center. Parking is definitely a bit crowded so if you have someone to drop you off and wait in the car that is ideal. My appointment was at 9:15 AM and they took me in just nine minutes later. The facility was very clean and the nurse knew what she was doing. Just a pinch and a few mins later I was done. It's on the 2nd floor. The elevator button for 2 is broken Was late b/c waiting for someone to bring the other elevator down. Stairwells are locked, ( fire hazard). The stairwell sign is glued to the lobby floor. Why can't you flush toilet paper?? read more

This place is horrible staff are horrible but appointments mean nothing. Theres about 20 people in that same slot, I was scheduled at 11:40am I been waiting more than an hour I do not recommend this place , thru don't deserve not even one star read more

The office experience has gone downhill. There is no more person at the desk. Lots of delays, staff is overworked and rude.

This is the absolute worst place to get a pre-employment drug test. Those people are so rude. I had to go to the bathroom really badly and they did not let me until I really showed them how much pain I was in. They did not care. They even called the police on me even though I did not get aggressive with them or even curse them out. I will never go back to them ever again. My employer received the results 4 days later. They said that the people who tested my urine said I drank too much water. I never had that happen to me in my entire life. They hated me so much that they probably just didn't even send it away to get tested. That is the worst experience I have ever had doing my pre-employment drug test. read more

Thank you, thank you, thank you for your kindness. I came in this morning 7/3 -- a Saturday during a holiday weekend, without an appointment. So I was willing to wait a very long time if necessary and was actually a bit afraid that I'd be turned away entirely. I generally go only to another location WITH an appointment, but this was an urgent matter. The nice lady who works there -- I wish I'd gotten her name, she's an African American with chin-length hair -- listened to my plea to get blood tested without appointment and the reason for the time-sensitivity of the testing, and she permitted the exception. The phlebotomist -- a fair skinned Hispanic lady with shoulder length hair was also friendly, patient, professional. I am so very grateful to these wonderful women at Quest Diagnostics Jackson North 100 NW 170 Street location. read more

Easy self check in and tv shows where you are in the que. Very efficient. Maria at front and Alexis my phlebotomist were very courteous and professional. My blood was drawn easy and she also advised me one one lab that might not be covered by my insurance. I really appreciated that. Highly recommend. read more

In and out with an appointment! I made a 645am appointment for bloodwork. They send a text (if you sign up for messages when you make the appt online) with a link for you to check in maybe 20 minutes ahead of your appointment which was about 625am. You could wait in your car if you like, I did! they txt me at 647am saying they were ready for me inside. I gathered all my stuff and went inside the building ,there was a line already but I went to the front and showed her the message and they had just called my name. I went in and when I got back to my car it was 654am!!! In and out not even 10 min! I came a few months ago as a walk-in and I waited all day literally from 10am til about 4/5pm. The lady did warn me as a walk-in i would be waiting a long time an advised me to make an appt but needed it done ASAP and they didn't have no appt until the week. read more

I can't thank him enough for getting me bk , being so patient & kind with me, my doc had added on tests & it took for ever to get in system , but Denis got me on & out as fast as he could! very gentle & professional! I had an appointment scheduled for 2 weeks. When I show up it's closed! Now I have to make a new appointment with a new location and have to wait another 2 weeks. I need this blood test and they just wasted my time. No call or email stating their closure. read more

The building is rundown and so is the Quest office. It is not clean. In the pics you'll see filth on the windows, dirty floors, an over flowing trash can and literally something growing on the faucet (zoom in, you'll see) in the bathroom you have to use to give a urine sample. This is the only Quest lab where I could get an early morning appointment (I needed blood work while fasting). I got there at 8:30 for an 8:45 appointment. They processed me and had me in the lab getting my blood drawn by 8:45. My med tech was Edgar, and he was well trained, knowledgeable, gentle and very thorough. I found parking right outside the building. The building itself was relatively new, and in good condition. I was very nervous about coming here based on earlier reviews, but I was pleased with my experience and wanted to share it with others. read more

The experience was okay however it could have been way better. After being turned away, they finally found my name in the system. I am happy that I was able to get my drug test done but that back and forth was really unnecessary and time consuming. I thanked them after but it was a really frustrating process. read more

Beware of this place if you are having carotid testing! Tech was clumsy and seemed inexperienced. My test came back that I had blockage 50-69%. After getting retested at University of Miami Hospital my test came back clear. I went through high anxiety and add'l money spent and time off work due to the lack of experience of the lab technician. I will never go back to that place. read more

I go and my family members go to this Quest at North Park. It is very difficult to get my blood. There is a technician his name is Dennis. This guy is so good and so gentle. I sit and wait for him he is so polite and easy going. He gets my blood each time. The other staff are very nice, they keep things moving quickly. The place is usually packed because it's a lot of people's favorite Quest. Dennis is a bright and shining star! read more

Had to do a fasting blood draw for my child. The tech used a bigger adult needle which hurt more and did not fill all 5 viles! They had to stick the other arm with a pediatric needle to fill the last two. read more
