Ms. Guzman sanitized the entire area before I went into the cubicle to have my blood drawn, which is extreme difficult because my veins are hard to locate. However, she did it in know time at all and with almost to pain. read more

I have been to this location twice. The first time was quick and the staff were professional. However when I went here a second time, I was shocked at how horrible the service was. There were 15 people waiting with ONE technician in the entire office. The technician took about 30 minutes to see one patient, I am not sure why or what was going on. The estimated waiting time for many people was almost two hours (and the location was set to close in an hour). I don't know if the technician worked past closing time to see everybody or if she just told everybody to come another day - I left after waiting about 20 minutes. This visit was by far one of the most unprofessional experiences I have ever had. I won't return to this location because I don't trust that the service will be professional. read more

I made an appointment over the phone yesterday via the automated answering service. I was unable to get through to any operator to speak in person, but they gave me a confirmation code so I figured it was set. I got to the location at the scheduled time and it was closed. The woman said all appointments were cancelled so they could clean. They should have called to say that before I came all the way there! I made an appointment today for 2:30 for the same thing. Let's see if they keep it this time or if I wind up leaving my house multiple times when we are supposed to be staying at home because they can't get it together to clear their voicemail, answer their phones or call patients about cancelled appointments. read more

OK, after my negative Yelp review all the problems suddenly seem to be solved. Web site now working, test results posted. I only wish it hadn't required this sort of effort to get this done. Customer service really needs to be more on point and address the real problems without needing a super negative review to get them moving. This location of Quest Diagnostics is excellent! From the beginning to end, my mom and I were treated with respect. As soon as we entered, there is a tablet that you can check in(on the table under the TV with hand sanitizers), and the process is far easier and faster to use than filling out paperwork.I was called within 5 minutes (I kid you not). The staff who work here are wonderful, professional, polite, and very nice, especially Ms. Garcia (the lady who administered the blood test). The service is quick, and I mean fast! The place was neat and clean, well organized. Overall, if I ever have the opportunity to get another blood test outside of my PCP, I'd gladly go here again in a heartbeat! read more

I booked an appointment on 10/18 for 9:00 am. When I got there I saw 12-15 people in the waiting room. After about 12 min waiting, the nurse there comes into the waiting room to inform us that she's operating all alone, her 2 colleagues were not there today. Because I had booked online, I got called in another 7-8 minutes. This woman, the nurse, was very impressive, professional, courteous. She could've been freaking out that she was alone to manage all these patients but she maintained her professionalism and calm manner. I didn't get her name but they're very fortunate to have her working there. She struck me as someone who could run a whole department at a hospital. She took about 6 vials of my blood effortlessly. There are ducks who quack and there are eagles who perform. That nurse (long black hair) is an eagle. read more

This place was so horrible, I wish I could give it 0 stars. I booked an appointment thinking it would be quick and I could make it to work on time. I waited 20 minutes until I was even acknowledged, gave the nurse the form requesting basic labs which she stared at and complained about. Then I was placed into a cubicle to fill out paperwork that I could have been filling out while waiting for 20 minutes, continuously told that they couldn't do basic things "because it wasn't their job" and "took too much time" and then one of the nurses talked about reporting a rude patient to their doctor which made me even more upset. I was got a little frustrate and told them so. I never felt so demeaned by medical professionals before, they had horrible bedside manners, blamed everything on me, and I ended up being very late to work. On top of this I only saw 3 other patients there the, there were more than one nurse, I know because they were talking behind the screen. Also, the bathroom smelled horrible. I would name names but no one had a badge on. They gave me a card "for other locations" as if I didn't know better. read more

Tried to make an appointment for blood work for the Harlem location on 125th Street and when I telephoned, I only received voice prompts and had to schedule online for an appointment which would be 3 weeks away. However, a few day after my initial call, by chance I walked in and they were able to take me within 10 minutes. The area was very clean and organized. Star was my phlebotomist and she was kind, reassuring, knowledgeable and professional. I work in healthcare and I recognized that everything done here was optimal. Thanks guys! Say safe! read more
